Hotel perfecto, teníamos a alojamiento y desayuno, buffet impecable y muy variado, todos los servicios perfectos: limpieza, piscina, recepción etc

I really had a great time at this fabulous hotel. I enjoyed everything, especially the breakfast, the pool and all the activities offered. Special thanks to the manager, el famoso Gianni who fulfilled all our expectations. It was a fabulous stay !!!!

I visited this place for 10 nights and was very disappointed. Do not go here if you have no kids or want peace. Good things: Staff are fantastic. Friendly hard working and even though most had no English we managed to communicate. All inclusive drinks good. Included bottles of wine, pints of beer and a glass of champagne. Good choice for lunch and breakfast but only had dinner there one time as we couldn’t hear ourselves speak, Breakfast has freshly squeezed Orange juice which was fab Beds comfortable Get beach towels with a €10 deposit Near beach Bad things This is a massive complex. Even a staff member described it as a zoo The buffet holds over 1300 people and has three settings for each meal Thousands of people constantly on the move Queues for bar queues for buffet queues for lifts queues to walk up and down the stairs Noise noise and more noise “entertainment” included two 3 foot speakers blaring out dreadful music with dreadful “entertainment” staff screaming out announcements over a microphone €12 a night for parking. Outrageous cost. No free parking on streets it’s all meters so they have a captive audience €3 a night for safe Not much choice of restaurants as most restaurants are part of all inclusive complexes

We spent excellent holidays there with moski and the team, there was a good variety of food and the entertaining guys could not do nothing to please my kids in the pool and activities. we would defo recommend the place

Animadores top! Josema, Triana, Ernesto e Rosi. A comida do bar é boa. A musica é boa e os entretenimentos também. Adorei o escorrega e wipeout. O quarto é grande e a ventoinha é muito util, pois faz muito calor!

Un hotel muy correcto la comida perfecta me he pasado comiendo vaya jejeje los camareros muy amables todos y en cafetería han dado un buen servicio las habitaciones muy limpias y muy grandes parecía un apartamento nos ha encantado, la animación estupenda sobretodo las noches nos lo hemos pasado bailando con ellos han sido muy amables Rosi, Alba y Jesús sin duda son estupendos. Volveré a este hotel y lo recomendaré

Son fabulosos todo el personal del hotel, las comidas perfectas muy variadas y muy buenas, las habitaciones divinas grandes espaciosas y muy limpias, los chicos de cafetería encantadores y muy amables, recepción estupendos todos muy atentos y los animadores no te digo na de Buenos que son sobretodo Rosi que es un encanto si tuviera que poner una puntuación del 1 al 10 pondría un 11 volvería mañana mismo y esperamos hacerlo

Estuvimos mi mujer y yo una semana y tengo que decir que fue una experiencia magnifica, buena ubicación para ir a la playa, las habitaciones muy amplias con un mobiliario funcional, el buffet tiene mucha variedad para elegir, lo mejor el personal super agradable y muy profesional, el único pero de las dos personas de animación solo me quedo con la chica que realiza su trabajo con seriedad

Hotel estupendo, animación estupenda, sobretodo Jesús que nos hizo disfrutar muchísimo y fue muy divertido, Rosi y Alba que hicieron muchos juegos para que nos lo pasáramos bien
