El hotel es muy acogedor y el personal de recepción muy amable. El desayuno más que suficiente, apetecible y de buena calidad, la cena mejorable. Habitación con buenas vistas y limpia. Lamentablemente no tengo foto con las camas hechas.

Las almohadas muy finas. Poca disposicion a adecuar horario de desayuno en evento del pueblo (carrera). Muy amables y buena calidad de la habitación. El desayuno muy variado y adecuado. Buen horario de recepción y sitio para aparcar cerca o en el mismo bajo de las habitaciones.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado en ISABA, lo mas bueno. El apartamento en si no está mal,; reformado, nuevo, agradable... Tiene poco menaje de cocina, y si hay alboroto fuera, se escucha todo. Toallas hay una por persona y no las canvian. En nustro caso, la haitación no cerraba con pestillo, el estractor quitahumos de la cocina no funcionaba, la nevera COONGELABA... NO hicieron nada. Esta bien para salir del paso, nada mas

Me gusto mucho, excelente trato del personal, y que decir del cocinero Mario, probar su Milanesa, de locos Buena ubicacion, entorno para hacer senderismo de montaña y ver pueblos preciosos de Navarra, a 50 minutos de la Selva de Irati, no perderselo

En general, muy buena relación calidad-precio, atención, limpieza, comodidad y ubicación. Se echa de menos un poco más de material en la cocina de los apartamentos: cuchillos para el pan, trapos, balletas y escurridores de platos son cosas sencillas pero que harían el día adía un poco más fácil. Estaría bien también facilitar el reciclaje, aunque sólo sea de envases.

El hotel y el apartamento están muy bien, con una cocina completa, un salón y baño amplios, dos terrazas incluso permite aparcar los coches bajo cubierta. Lo recomiendo. Sin embargo, no le doy 5 estrellas porque a pesar de tener un buen colchón, una de las camas estaba rota o sonaba mucho lo que dificultó mucho el sueño.

La Calefacción de la habitación solo la encencian a partir de la tarde noche. Aunque solo usáramos la habitación a esas horas al llegar de visitar o esquiar, se agradecería llegar y tener algo más de calor. Sobretodo cuando se viaja con niños pequeños.

Alguna toallas de baño estaban mojadas cuando llegamos. La calefacción se apagaba muy pronto por la noche, y por la mañana también, para nuestro gusto. En los apartamentos eché de menos un abrebotellas de vino y cerveza
