Hotel Diego de Almagro Iquique

Fácil check in, cálida bienvenida, buen servicio y habitación cómoda. Sería bueno que la TV en el dormitorio sea smart para poder usar plataformas de streaming. La ducha estaba un poco fría. Excelente desayuno buffet.

Agradable, cercano, limpio, mejor desayuno variado, piezas comidas Me encanto el Lugsr lo recomiendo a otras personas, es bueno.

Rooms are good, good locations. In theory nothing wrong with the hotel but it does miss something. What I think is important. A nice bar or restaurant to eat something or just relax with a pisco sour. The current restaurant feels like a restaurant in the 80 of Eastern Europe. So not couzy, not place you want to be or eat ect. I believe if you have somewhere I nice room where you can have drink and eat something small or just drink a pisco sour and read near a fireplace etc it will increase the overall income and make it more lively.

Very friendly service and we were given a lovely corner room with a sea view of Playa Brava. Good facilities generally - TV with some english channels, good breakfast included, very nice outdoor heated swimming pool, free parking underneath the hotel, good air conditioning, bath and shower. Only detraction was the WiFi which worked well in public areas but not well in our room. Easy to walk to the beaches and cafes and restaurants. All in all a very good stay.

The air condition was not working, the safe box was not working. I had to open the window for air, could not sleep bcaz of noise since i open the window. After reaching home i had to sleep 12 hours to recuperate.

The city is dirty

Llegamos con mi hija el viernes 28.4.23. El check in correcto, éramos los únicos . Empieza mal con la habitación 424 cuyo baño tenía un olor muy malo , por lo q pedimos cambio , una vez que una camarera fue a comprobar 🤦🏼. Sin ayuda nos cambiamos a hab del lado 422, acá el water tenía una filtración y mango de ducha con orificios tapados , ya era tarde y día sgte teníamos tour desde 4 am , así que dormimos .En la madrugada aviso en conserjería los problemas , cambio de mango de ducha, que nunca hicieron y menos alguna atención o up grade por los múltiples problemas en las habitaciones ., nada Por último el entorno del hotel feísimo, ruidoso y se pone gente de noche a escuchar música y hablar fuerte que interrupe el descanso El desayuno es correcto , productos buenos pero es muy masiva la cantidad de gente , con todo el problema que significa eso y el mal comportamiento de los pasajeros , estornudos sin tap**** la boca , tomado productos con la mano directamente y colocando tenazas sobre la misma comida con todo el problema de contaminación que eso significa. Eso entre otros detalles más en este hotel . Muy diferente experiencia del mismo hotel al de Curicó .. no vuelvo a este en Iquique Adjunto fotos
