Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

3 ladies at the front desk are providing excellent service to customers with smiling face.Keep it up!!
However , may be hotel has to think of how to control the crowd as I came first but another guest as attended
🫣.The girl doing night shift was in sleepy face (of course I checked out at 6 am)and need to focus on her grooming and her uniform 😐.
I love the hotel but in terms of room and linen cleanliness can be improved.Aircond not cool enough and we were sweating, however hotel provide ceiling fan.
A part of from that, the room checkers need to focus on room defects too. Bathroom handbasin, kind of stuck and water slow in going down. Suddenly, the dirty water leaks and wet the bathmat of bathroom floor which is very inconvenient.
Toilet bowl seat cover yellowish… pls change,doesn’t cause much.
Water pressure for both handbasin and shower area are inconsistent.
Water not so hot at shower area and the 🚿 shower head need to be replaced as it spoiled. I didn’t enjoy taking bath here.
Very basic amenities… that’s ok.
Bed making was good. Thumbs up Housekeeping team.Hence the boy that being linen potter need to be educated I guess. he just banged the trolley to the glass door🙄 in front customers.
Please close the laundry collection area at all times. Few of the black tshirt boy / contractors making so much noise.
Take it as feedback for improvement. Not For complaint✌️.
My room number was 713.what ever it is , I will still come back. Tq

Strategic location which is very near to the town and shopping mall. Cleanliness can be improved (there are 3 cockroaches in the toilet and there is dust around the table and cupboard)
