We stayed at the "Ali Pasha" hotel at the end of August 2023. A hotel in which there is comfort and tranquility, even though it is located in the busiest part of the city of Iaonnina. Well arranged rooms with optimal comfort, balcony and other accompanying elements. Without a doubt, I would happily stay at this hotel again.

Very well located. Easy walk to the lake front walkway. Shortly walk to zara. P&b And the main streets The reception staf was so helpful and the rooms (we had 2) Was comfortable. Inogninia is a great town to visit and stay for night or two. Excellent atmosphere

We (4 persons) stayed for one night. They put us in a room on the ground floor, which had two windows facing the a closed skylight, with no light and bad smell. Not to mention that we called before we go and they said that there is no balcony, only windows. The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable. They put one bed and one couch for the children, which were right under the air-condition unit (central installation) resulting to have the fan in very low mode, otherwise the children will be frozen. For 85€ per night without breakfast was too much, considering they offered to be paid in cash the same price as the price in Booking!!! Definitely, not coming back. + Location - Rooms, facilities, no breakfast, ground floor rooms.

We spent four nights with 3 couples of friends in this hotel and were delighted. First and foremost by the warm welcoming and the kindness of the hotel owners and the staff. Second, by the cleanliness of the rooms and the functionality: Although simple, nothing essential was missing. Third, by the rich and mostly homemade breakfast with fresh fruit and local specialities. And last, but not least, by the location: In the middle of the old town, in 5 minutes walk from the lake, the commercial roads and lots of restaurants, bars and cafeterias. Thank you very much Maria and Theodore for this memorable stay!

Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Αγενής τρόπος αντιμετώπισης των πελατών. Προπλήρωσα για 2 διανυκτερεύσεις 5-7 Ιανουαρίου, αλλά δυστυχώς λίγες μέρες πριν νόσησα από Covid. Μου ήταν αδύνατο να ταξιδέψω και επικοινώνησα με το κατάλυμα για αλλαγή ημερομηνίας (μιας και δεν γινόταν επιστροφή χρημάτων) και μάλιστα με την όποια χρέωση διαφοράς τιμής και το αρνήθηκαν επιδεικτικά. Μακριά από αυτό το ξενοδοχείο! Δεν σέβονται τον πελάτη. Καρπώθηκαν τα χρήματα χωρίς να εξυπηρετήσουν. Δυστυχώς με αυτές τις συμπεριφορές δεν θα πάει μπροστά ο τουρισμός μας.

Ένα πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο στη καρδιά της πόλης. Σε 5 λεπτά είσαι παντού , στη λίμνη αλλά κ στο κέντρο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες και ευρύχωρο （ 4μελη οικογένεια） .Είναι όλα καινούρια και απίστευτα προσεγμένα. Το μπάνιο ήταν ένα από τα καλύτερα που έχω δει και τα στρώματα τέλεια!! Δεν έχει 24ωρη εξυπηρέτηση μιας κ η υπάλληλος φεύγει στις 11 και γυρνάει το πρωί και λόγω covid δεν είχαμε πρωινό.Δεν έχει μπαλκόνια. Τα δωμάτια κοιτούν ή σε ένα μικρό δρομάκι ή στον ακάλυπτο, αλλά είναι τόσο όμορφα που υπερκαλύπτουν αυτή την αδυναμία.Έχει πολλά πάρκινγκ εκεί κοντά. Είναι μια ιδανική επιλογή!!!
