"The room was very good. The proprietress arranged it to the second floor. The sanitation was clean. There were large shopping malls around for shopping. There were many breakfast shops and snack bars. There was a little bit. The inn was in the alley. It was not recommended to drive in because the car could not fall out. Two years of parking are the family's car."

"此次入住對房間沒有不滿意的地方。主要評價服務。8月14日通過攜程預訂該酒店，房費包含雲上牧場門票，在下午3點09分打電話主要詢問門票是14日還是15日使用的。結果電話接通後連個歡迎問好都沒有，我問了一句請問是萌兔酒店嗎？然後接電話的一位女士就脾氣暴躁的一頓輸出，説什麼酒店要怎麼走怎麼走，語氣極其不耐煩，然後我打斷她説我是有其他的問題要諮詢，她這才開始查詢我的訂單。你作為前台服務人員就這態度嗎？對顧客大呼小叫而且完全不問顧客的需求就一副不耐煩的語氣跟我説其他的。總之在我到達酒店之前我的第一印象就非常不好了。希望加強對員工服務意識和態度的培訓。不過入住之後包括退房當天遇到的前台人員服務態度還不錯，不然真是影響出門遊玩的心情。 （圖片是當天通過攜程平台給酒店打電話截圖，號碼應該為虛擬號碼）"

"整體還是值得推薦的，更偏向於一個比較温馨的民宿。酒店的有些設施一般（衞生間）。但是雙床房必須好評，兩張1.5米的大床，可以拼到一塊秒變3米大床，睡兩大兩小完全沒有問題。床墊偏軟。 衞生整體還是可以，餐廳很大。 餐飲是一個特色，價格不貴，味道也挺好。 交通便利，酒店位置就在山生有杏酒店旁邊。到雲上牧場開車大概七八分鐘。"
