The up-keeping alone has been neglected.
Room booked wasn’t as the description described. First room smelled of cigarettes. Then requested another room which he was very helpful with but wouldn’t accommodate with an upgrade for the inconvenience. On top of that the 2nd room he moved me to had a very heavy pet urine odor that was unbearable. I guess what should I expect from a Red Roof Inn

Every room surrounding me was occupied by multiple single mexican men, speaking Spanish very loud and stomping around at all hours of the night!

I wish they would put in their website it’s a $100 deposit wasn’t the best room in the world but it was quiet somewhat clean a few flaws for a successful small business/company they should probably should fix up the rooms the bed was ripped on the bottom they tried to cover it up the rug had a nasty smell to it the bathroom door in my room was broken on the bottom like I said wasn’t the best room in the world but it was pretty quiet uhh I didn’t really get any room service (housekeeper) the staff or the owners were pretty nice but overall I would suggest it if you are on a tight budget like me otherwise idk get a hotel

I had my do not disturb sign on the outside of my room door and the house keeper still knocked and woke me up

The room was dirty, smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, stain on bed, hair in sink, cockroaches in room. peeling paint, hole in chair. The deadbolt would also not engage all the way which made me feel unsafe. By far the worst place I have ever stayed.

if all youre gonna do is sleep and leave then you might wanna stay here but ill never stay here again. i cut my stay short and went somewhere else. i asked for extra towel they said no i asked for an extra pillow they said no the room was dirty and the list goes on and on
