Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Indianapolis South, IN

Sketchy area. Hotel was very run down and felt dirty. Definitely not worth the price or the rating that is reflected.

I waited close to 10 minutes at the front desk to check in because the front desk employee was sitting on the porch talking on her phone. She saw me walk in. She didn't come in until after a group of people came in together with their suitcases. She then kept yawning and wiping her eyes like she was too tired to check me in. I could not find an ice machine on the 2nd floor where my room was. I couldn't ask the front desk employee where it was because she was outside again, talking on her phone. I got a welcome text from the hotel and it said that if I needed help or had any concerns to let them know. It's been 3 days and I am still waiting for a reply. It wasn't really expensive, so as they say, "you get what you paid for". I don't recommend this facility.

Our door would not shut properly and was hard to use, we were also told that there were new handicap accessible rooms the two beds therefore we had to take the room with two beds and that was the room with the door not working. There were also significant cobwebs in some of the corners of the room. All in all it wasn’t that bad but the quality that I expected just wasn’t there the evening staff was very nice and helpful.

Location was very good, in a nice/safe area- plus, Texas Roadhouse, Steak n Shake, an Irish pub & liquor store all right next to the hotel. BIG PLUS: only about 10-12 mins from Lucas Oil Stadium! Establishment was very clean, zero issues with parking, pleasantly surprised w/ the breakfast. Room was nice & clean, beds were very comfortable, a/c was great- bonus for putting out good sound as I forgot my fan lol It wouldn’t affect me staying again but the female @ check-in was not the most personable. BUT, I’d still 100% stay here again and probably will for future events! Definitely recommend especially if you’re trying to be more budget friendly but safe when needing to be pretty close to downtown Indianapolis!

Room is okay not as it is in photo. Staff service was not upto the mark. Breakfast doesn’t have much option.

Clean room, comfortable beds, phenomenal staff, great parking and wonderful breakfast great variety. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was good, hot and ready. There was a good selection of different foods. The room was quiet and comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Every person I met on the staff was great.

The room wasn’t bad, staff was friendly and my kids enjoyed themselves that’s all that matters.
