The bathroom had a broken towel rack. There were clothes left behind from a prior guest that had not been removed. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The sheets had strange stains. The front desk asked me to come back to check-in even though I arrived after the check-in time.

The room was dirty. Mold on the shower. Walls had dried liquid on the walls. At checkout the front attendant left me standing at the counter while he went to check my room and two others . Unbelievable actually

This hotel does a lot of things well.The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly.The room was spacious and quiet.Teh bathroom was big.The location was very convenient and in a great neighborhood.

I arrived. And had to change rooms 3 times. And the room I ended up with the window had a huge breeze from it. It was spots on the wall. Floors was not that clean. My key need to be rescanned bc it wouldn't work ( I keep it away from my phone and it still kept not working)

Check in was easy and simple, area around property was nice with many food options.
Front desk staff were very welcoming. Will be back for my next trip.

It was dreadful,ROACHES found in my room my 2nd night there and no compensation, no washcloths only 1 large towel, no garbage can, floors dirty, no hot water in the shower, very run down hotel. I do not recommend this place at all. Side doors dont lock and then my bf left his wallet in the room and they already went in the room and tried to hide it in the bed sheets n mind you they didn't want to let him back in the room to look!!!!!
I will add that the lady that checked me in was very nice but thats all that i will say!!
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR I WILL NEVER GO FOR THE CHEAPEST EVER AGAIN!!!

Security latch on door was broke. Coffee machine parts missing. No vending machines dirty. Just not a good place to stay. I WILL NOT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN!
