크리스마스 느낌 물씬 + 다양한 볼거리와 행사를 진행해서 역시나 유명한 이유가 있구나 했어요!!!! 호텔내 수영장도 너무나 청결하고 따뜻한 온기에 친구들과 힐링 하고 왔습니다!!!

체크인 : 2시정도 호텔에 도착하였고 체크인 시간까지 한시간정도 남아 짐을 맡긴채 가족휴게실에서 시간을 보냈고, 카카오톡으로 순번이 되었다는 연락을 받고 내려가 체크인을 하였습니다. 체크인 할때 신분증이 필요하다는 걸 알고 맡긴 짐을 찾았는데 짐 찾는데만 10분정도 걸리더라구요.. 그리고 짐을 어떻게 보관했는지 가방에 흙먼지 같은게 잔뜩 묻어져 왔습니다. 그때부터 기분이 정말 최악이었습니다. 체크인할때 직원은 친절하였지만 바우처 사용에 대한 문의응답은 명확하게 듣지 못하였습니다. 모든 직원들이 정확한 정보를 알고 있지 않은것 같아 그것도 고객센터 전화로 재차 물어보았네요.
룸컨디션 : 아이동반으로 아이용품을 대여했는데 가드 2개랑 발받침, 가습기랑 공기청정기를 빌렸습니다. 발받침 너무 낮아 22개월 아기가 사용하기엔 턱없이 부족했고 공기청정기는 밤에 자는걸 방해할정도의 소음과 불빛이 있었습니다. 가습기는 건조한 호텔방 사이즈에 맞지않게 터무니없이 작은 사이즈로 와서 물을 계속 리필해야하는 상황이었습니다. 미니바 무료로 이용하게끔 되어있었으나 한맥2캔, 생수4병, 콜라사이다 각1개가 다였습니다..ㅋㅋ 정말 호텔 숙박비에 맞지않는 미니바였지요
수영장 : 일요일 숙박이었음에도 사람이 너무 많았고 정말 애판이더라구요. 저도 아이를 데려갔지만 애들과 어른이 뒤엉켜 뭔가 하기엔 어려움이 있었습니다. 수영장에 대한 평이 좋았었는데 생각보다 그닥.. 어린아이가 놀기에도 큰아이들이 놀기에도 적절하지 않아보였습니다. 단순하게 수영만 할 수 있을 것 같았어요
전체적으로 고가의 호텔에 비해 서비스 별루였고 전 다시는 방문하지 않을 계획입니다. 바우처 사용차 겸사겸사 방문한 거지만 거리가 멀지않아 시설이나 서비스가 좋았다면 종종 이용하려 하였는데.. 다음에는 인***어로 가려고 합니다.

룸은 넓고 침구류나 청결도 상태도 좋았는데 구석구석 깨끗하단 느낌은 좀 부족했지만 수영장 찜질방 산책 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요.

가족,연인과 즐기기 최고의 호텔같습니다
수영장도 좋고 원더박스에서 소소하게 즐길거리도 있어 시간 가는줄 모르는 1박을 보냈습니다.
직원들도 너무 친절하였으며 청결또한 훌륭합니다.
편의점이 복잡하고 객실과 거리가 먼것이 단점이라고 생각됩니다.

This hotel is very very big. The price is very reasonable for the rate that we are paying. Very big and spacious room for a good price! In addition, there are lots of facilities to be explored. Particularly the Cimer Spa complex, they have different kind of saunas with different healing functions, you will be able to spend a easy 6 hours in this complex alone. Recommend to stay in this hotel for at least the last 2 days of your trip. They serve extremely good food at their cafe too! Must TRY!
