Great amenities, great place for family break away. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Not all can speak English though.

This hotel is very very big. The price is very reasonable for the rate that we are paying. Very big and spacious room for a good price! In addition, there are lots of facilities to be explored. Particularly the Cimer Spa complex, they have different kind of saunas with different healing functions, you will be able to spend a easy 6 hours in this complex alone. Recommend to stay in this hotel for at least the last 2 days of your trip. They serve extremely good food at their cafe too! Must TRY!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the paradise City Hotel during my vacation, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the day of my departure, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional.
First and foremost, the hotel's location is absolutely breathtaking. making it the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff. They were incredibly efficient and made the check-in process a breeze. They also took the time to provide me with a map of the hotel grounds and offered valuable recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options.
The room I stayed in was immaculate. It was evident that great attention had been paid to every detail, from the tasteful decor to the plush bedding.

It is close to Incheon airport. A good choice for a weekend getaway. No choices for restaurants or shopping outside the complex. The Cimer and the main bar were cool.
