The Park and location are very nice. Located next to the beach. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent except for the coffee which could have been better. Now to the bad issues. The "suites" are awful, really passed by time. No maintainance. Ugly decorated. The "cabañas" are a bit better, but still they need to be refurbished. There was a leak from the roof, which was fortunately attended to, but I was woken up from the rain dropping on my head. After complaining about the suite, we were given a cabaña for the same price. The whole place was a construction site, and we were not previously informed. We were there for a wedding, which was awesome. Excellent organization, beautifully decorated.

Gramado extenso com deque delicioso. Em frente a praia. Café da manhã impecável e ainda tem área kids. Limpeza do quarto ótima. Toda equipe da pousada nos atendeu com muita gentileza. Restaurante do hotel bem gostoso e menu kids também. Sempre voltamos!

Local muito aconchegante, atendimento excelente. Adoramos tudo e com certeza voltaremos!! Muito obrigada pela ótima recepção!! Mesmo com tempo chuvoso conseguimos aproveitar as piscinas, sauna e as atividades matinais. Pretendemos retornar na primavera pra aproveitar mais a praia.

Feliz encontro deste lugar maravilhoso! Ficamos encantados com tudo que vivenciamos aqui, ótimo atendimento, ótimo café da manhã, casa 22 INCRÍVEL, ampla, limpa, com uma vista especial, rolou churrasco já no primeiro dia pra brindar a experiência! Não tenho palavras pra descrever o tratamento que recebemos da Patrícia e todo staff na Village. Todos sempre muito atenciosos e solicitos. Minha família recebeu um upgrade complementar para uma casa maior e ainda a delicadeza de receber um bolo fresquinho num dia de muito frio da Patrícia. São esses pequenos gestos de gentileza que fazem toda a diferença. Além do lugar ser maravilhoso, e mais bem localizado impossível, tudo é impecavelmente cuidado. Várias opções parar manter as crianças entretidas. Uma pena só termos duas noites, mas com certeza voltaremos e indicaremos para família e amigos! 11/10!

Tivemos uma experiência muito positiva na hospedagem. O Banheiro é muito espaçoso, o quarto estava limpo e organizado, staff muito solícito e educado, cama fofinha também! Café da manhã perfeito com vista pro mar! Foi uma experiência incrível!

A equipe é muito receptiva, o café da manhã é bem completo, tem piscina aquecida, maravilhoso. Sauna úmida e sauna seca, banheiro de hidromassagem. O hotel conta também com quadras esportiva de beach tenis. Sala de jogos. Fica localizado junto a praia.

Pontos positvos do Village - localização privilegiada em relação a praia, a estrutura de praia é simples mas eficiente. Equipe educada e disponíveis para ajudar em tudo que for necessário. O visual geral do hotel é bonito e bem cuidado Pontos de atenção ou negativos - a saída do Bistrô foi muito ruim, pois o provedor que substitui deixa muito a desejar. A comida não tem qualidade, mesmo comparando com opções fora do hotel. Faltam coisas básicas como, por exemplo, uma máquina de café expresso. Os quartos (onde fiquei hospedado) tem uma boa infraestrutura, mas precisam de reformas. Entendi a razão pelo fato do chuveiro ser elétrico, mas poderiam colocar um chuveiro melhor. O piso do banheiro está se desfazendo e acho que isso não condiz com o preço cobrado e a proposta do hotel. Por essa razão dei uma nota 3 e, da próxima vez, vou primeiro querer saber se hotel sofreu alguma mudança/reforma antes de fazer a escolha.
