Hotel Terrace Beach Resort All Inclusive

Даже не знаю с чего начать?!Это было невероятное путешествие.Отличная поездка,прекрасный отель с первой береговой линией на море.Очень тепло встретили в гостиницеHotel Terrace Beach Resort.Такой вежливый персонал, каждый день был посвящён какой-то определённой тематике, настолько запомнился день Турции,танец халай, национальная кухня. Еда разнообразная:чего только нет! Благодарим всех сотрудников, которые старались сделать наш отпуск незабываемым. Отдельное спасибо Аэрофлоту,который быстро и безопасно довёз нас. Одни положительные эмоции,которые до сих пор греют душу. Также отдельно хочется сказать спасибо главному управляющему Айдану Оздемиру за профессионализм и качественную работу, всем любимым официантам, к сожалению, не все имена записала(но Айла, Дилара,Мелиса,Хусейн, Эрджан,Эфе,Мехмед вы большие молодцы и труженики!).Спасибо пляжному работнику Идрису за хорошие места,всегда с доброй улыбкой встречал нас. Шеф-повара вам искренне желаем здоровья и процветания, вы готовили изумительные блюда,огромнейший торт из нескольких ярусов специально для гостей - это было просто бомбой!Наши любимые аниматоры Дидо и Диана благодарим за хорошее настроение и весёлое времяпровождение.Каждый день что-то новое и неповторимое. Всем большущее спасибо,всё настолько чисто, красиво,любимые вечера в лобби навсегда останутся в памяти. Hotel Teracce Beach - место куда хочется вернуться,место для восстановления сил,после отдыха остаётся такое приятное воспоминания и ещё долго приходишь в реальность от этой восточной сказки.Один из самых лучших отелей,где мы отдыхали!

Wir waren als 3 Generationen-Familie (Grosseltern, Eltern, Teenager) im Hotel Terrace und sind begeistert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Bad insgesamt zwar eher klein, jedoch mit grosser Dusche. Ich persönlich fand die Zimmer nicht hellhörig. Das Bett ist eher hart, aber für uns passte das sehr gut so. Minibar wird täglich aufgefüllt. Zimmer waren sauber. Was man wohl in allen Hotels hört, ist die Musik der Shows und der Nachbarhotels. Es wird jedoch pünktlich um 23:00/23:30 Uhr abgestellt und ist dann die ganze Nacht über sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Vom Reinigungsteam über Rezeption, Fotographen, Küchenteam, Animation bis hin zu allen Kellnern. Ein grosses Kompliment :-) Wir fühlten uns im Terrace sehr willkommen. Die Shows abends waren super. Sehr abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Es hat viele Deutsche und es wird hauptsächlich deutsch gesprochen. Das Publikum ist eher älter, aber wir haben gezielt danach gesucht, damit es auch für die Grosseltern stimmt. Unsere Teenager fühlten sich trotzdem wohl und es hatte auch ein paar wenige Angebote für sie (z.B. Pingpong). Leider war die Spielhalle mit Bowling, Tischfussball etc. nicht zugänglich. Anscheinend wegen Corona. Ich versteh zwar den Zusammenhang nicht ganz, denn sonst war ja auch alles offen. Das war sehr schade. Für Babys/Kleinkinder hat es eher wenig, aber wir haben das Hotel genau aus diesem Grund ausgewählt. Das Essen ist schlichtweg phantastisch! Es hat für alle etwas dabei und war sehr abwechslungsreich (unter anderem auch mexikanisch, türkisch, sogar Sushi) . Aber auch Pommes, Spaghetti, Chicken Nuggets für die Jugendlichen. Die Desserts sind wie in der Türkei üblich sehr süss und mit Zucker getränkt. Das hat uns jedoch nicht gestört. Wein, Bier und Raki waren auch gut. Ich fand es sehr entgegenkommend, dass einem überall immer wieder Getränke angeboten wurden, obwohl sie alle inklusive waren. Einzig von den Drinks abends sind wir ein wenig enttäuscht. Ziemlich viele Drinks kosten zusätzlich, dekoriert wird nichts. Die Drinks erinnern eher an süsse Fruchtsäfte. Die Buffets wurden sehr sauber gehalten. Der Vorteil des älteren Publikums ist sicherlich auch, dass es keine „Schlacht am Buffet“ und keine Hektik beim Essen gibt. Toll war auch das Angebot der Fladenbrote und Kebabs. Das haben wir häufig genutzt. Verbessern könnte man den Pizza-Corner. Der Pool und der Strand sind super. Das Meer war noch warm genug, der Pool leider nicht mehr. Die Liegen am Pool und Strand sind langsam sehr alt und könnten erneuert werden. Wunderbar ist der Strand, alles Sand, sehr sauber, weitläufig, ohne Steine. Die Gartenanlage sehr schön gestaltet. Geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Das Personal beim Wellness war anfangs sehr aufdringlich mit Massagen andrehen. Man konnte kaum zum Hamam/Fitness/Sauna durchlaufen ohne auf eine Massage angesprochen zu werden. Ich musste dann klar sagen, dass ich kein Interesse hab. Erst dann liess man m

Tastefully and modernly furnished hotel, romantic place for nice honeymoon, where you can enjoy beatiful walks on the beach. The food is a huge selection, we also tried the wellness care - unforgettable, especcially masage from young man named Hassan was great. I am also enjoying the gym every day. The beach is great for family with children and for older people too. I appreciate the sun protection above the sunbeds because I am sensitive to the sun.

Better late then sorry. We were invited to my parents in laws 40years of marriage anniversery. I advised them to book nearby Izmir (we have an apper**ent there). But against my will they booked Terrace Beach Resort. And honestly i am thankfull for that. I have met beautiful people working there. My regards to Massagen man Mustafa abim, Murat abi (baking burgers) Ercan "ede"kardesim, da**angi yedim (im from kirsehir ;) insiders joke). Mehmet abi, the cleaning ladies and many more. Besides the comfort of the hotel, everything was arranged perfectly. You dont need to reserve a bed at the pool with a towel as some do..enough beds. The food what was served was more then enough, no long traffic plenty food!!The city center starts across the street if you want to walk. Clean rooms and what can i say more...thank you all for a great holiday.

We were there as Fitness group, hotel was very clean, meal was delicious and we really enjoyed animation program such as gala night, vitamin party, brazilian dancers and other. We are thankful to manager and other stuff. It was great time

Great and very clean hotel in perfect location. The food is superb. The beach is amazing. Their beach cabanas are amazing and reasonable priced. The service is excellent and all employees are always well mannered with smile on their face! Totally worth every penny!

I was here with my son in july 2023. The hotel is beautiful, the romms are comfortable and clean, the staff very kind, good meals, beautiful and hot sea, sandy beach, every day animations, turkish night was excellent. We will come back next year.

The hotel is located at the best shallow sandy beach of the Antalya bay and the building looks o.k. outside. The pool is nice too. With a better management it could go up to 4 star level but today I would give 3 as maximum. It is a shame claiming 5 star with such a poor beverage services. I was 20 years ago in a 4 star hotel 3 buildings away from this one which already served a bigger choice of drinks that time. 5 star level today must include international spirits at least English gin, whisky, French brandy , Caribbean rum, Russian, Polish or Scandinavian vodka , Irish cream liquor , Italian vermouth (Campari, Martini) etc. Normally the orange juice is expected to be tasty. Now they serve local substitutes all tasting like petroleum. The only two consumable drinks were EFES beer and local RAKI (anise). We do not expect good wines for the meals because the Turkish wines are low quality in all hotels around (too much tartaric and malic acids) and import wines are expensive but their quality here is under the average. 5 star level is impossible to reach with the current room sizes. They are very small especially the bathrooms. There are crosswalking doors between rooms however closed but with bad sound isolation. There was only one working ac power outlet reserved fot the coffe boyler. The cleaning service is ok. but people in the pool bar do not understand English at all , probably due to the lack of motivation as the 90% of guests are german pansioners of the lower classes without demand for quality and the management is happy with this situation.
