Wellesley Hotel

Ik bleef een nacht om de volgende ochtend vroeg naar Stansted Airport te gaan. De locatie was goed omdat het dicht bij Stansted Airport lag, maar de kamer was te koud en erg klein. In de eerste plaats was het ver van de stad en het was was een gevaarlijke buurt waar niets te zeggen was over bezienswaardigheden, dus tenzij je voor de luchthaven verblijft Het is een hotel zonder enige verdienste.Ik denk dat het een goed hotel is om een ​​nacht te verblijven.

Booked a stay here for a weekend in London. Initially, I was shocked by the location - down a very poorly lit, narrow street. Arrived for check-in and was greeted by a very friendly man, he was very chatty. When we entered the room, it looked okay at first glance but upon further inspection, we found dirt on the walls, a hair under the duvet and stains on the carpet. The bathroom was poorly managed and cleaned, the toilet seat was wobbly, the drain plug was faulty, the toilet had cracks, stains and only partially flushed, the tiles didn’t look properly cleaned and I didn’t feel comfortable standing on the cracked shower tray. But the icing on the cake was the pungent faecal aroma radiating throughout the entire room as soon as the door shut. I attempted to mask the smell with perfume 3x but it wouldn’t leave. I couldn’t quite locate where it was coming from as the toilet was clean enough but closing the bathroom door only helped slightly. The only enjoyable part of the stay was the bed which was quite comfortable. At 10.30am, we were jolted awake by violent knocking on the door, rattling of the handle and attempted entry as we weren’t informed check out was 10.30 but we’re instead asked when we wanted to leave upon arrival so this was quite startling. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel for anyone and would appreciate correspondence about a partial refund regarding my stay as I was greatly disappointed and the experience didn’t correlate with the cost.

I stayed here for 2 nights while working in the area. The room was small but adequate and well heated.it isn’t in a great area and so there is often noise from the street. It is not the cleanest place there were some black marks on duvet cover. It had been cleaned though .

I stayed here from the 1st of March to the 6th of March. My stay was great. There was a issue with my room the first day and they upgraded me to a even better and bigger room. The staff was lovely. The man in the reception is very kind and very helpful. They continually greet you with a big smile. The location is perfect. You literally have everything around there. I will be booking this hotel next time I visit London.

The shower was not usable. The "rain head" had not been descaled in ages. Too much furniture in a small room ... would have suited a single bed. Small radiator swamped by the bed was cold despite extra blanket.

It is a small good hotel, very close to market, restaurants, London Metro. Friendly staff.

Beautiful stay at this hotel , staff are so friendly, the rooms are so clean and very comfortable, don’t hesitate to book just book ( the rooms look newly built aswell) and as for the shower the shower was 10/10 it comes out at such a beautiful pace you can adjust it so you don’t have to hold the shower either , I really enjoyed my stay here for such a reasonable price

Way too over priced. Not worth the money but it was alright. Some flies and the room was too hot.

Hotel was ok, no frills - was clean and functional. Person on the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Check in / check out straightforward. Would use again.
