This hotel is still stunning especially for the money we paid for 2 Adults and 2 Teenagers! When arrives at the hotel after an horrific journey it was an unexpected pleasure to be greeted by such a beautiful reception area and very friendly staff who checked us in quickly and took us to our room in a gold buggy, which the teenagers thought was very cool! We had a family room which was very spacious and clean and had a fantastic view over the sea with the mountains in the background. The room had to separate areas, as you entered the room there were 2 singles and a dresser then moving through past the bathroom and massive wardrobes you find the double room, which can actually sleep 4 people with a double, single and an arm chair that turned into another single! So these rooms can sleep up to 6! The grounds are big and hilly, so maybe not suitable for people with mobility issues, but they are beautiful kept and the massive pine trees provide some well needed shade, however do hinder sunbathing round the pool as the sun goes behind them quite early, and leaves the pool in the shade throughout the day, but that didn't seem to bother the kids. There is still the 2 piers, 1 16+ only and beach area which are in the sun all day if sunbathing is top of your priorities. The hotel provide beach towels and I suggest going down early if you want longers round the pool as it was busy and the prime sun spots go quickly, this was only April and hotel not full so can only imagine what it would be like in the summer. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help, especially round the pools and in the main bar areas. There were so many places to get food and drink at this hotel, we were never hungry or thirsty. The food was lovely and the teenagers enjoyed the food court which had pizzas and kebabs during the day. The main buffet was very busy and the queue in the evening could be quite long, so I wouldn't like to see it during summer, however the food was plentiful and there was lots of choice and it was always cooked well. The dessert choice was amazing and delicious, be prepared to gain a few pounds! If you want to work off the food and drink you can take a stroll into either Icemeler or Marmaris using the pathway along the sea. We didn't go into Icemeler but we walked into Marmaris twice and only took us about 20-30 mins to get right into the centre where there are an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants. We got a taxi back on one of the days and it cost 200TL which is roughly £5. We were very impressed and very surprised with this hotel and would definitely return.
