五星級服務，車泊在停車場已經有人走出黎幫你係車搬行李，入到門口要除鞋，有人幫你放好對鞋，有welcome drink 和式係抹茶加和菓子，西式係香檳同餅乾
食完有人介紹酒店設施，有腳部熱砂，因為有樓梯，所以有人幫手搬行李上房。房間對住海景，正！
一泊兩食有另外一間房食早晚餐，
食物質素好！
Check out 時會幫我攞車到門口唔駛自己行，
總結服務周到，三千有找一泊兩食海景房抵到爛

A very good hotel. A most wonderful experience. Room was comfortable. Onsen was awesome - the size and the space. Sand bath was an interesting experience - quite fun to do as a family. The highlight was the kaiseki dinner - delicious.

We loved our stay at Ibusuki Shusuien. The staff were helpful and everything was smooth and efficient. The food was wonderful, and our server, Sarina, was superb. We recommend for a relaxing stay.

今回は母の喜寿のお祝いに利用させていただきました。
直前のプランの変更にも快く対応していただき感謝しております。
到着直後から宿を離れるときまで、スタッフ皆様が親切丁寧に接してくださいましたし、お料理も本当に美味しく大変満足しております。
母もいい思い出が出来たと、とても喜んでおります。ありがとうございました。
また鹿児島に帰省した際、傘寿のお祝いの時も利用したいと思います。

愛知県から２泊３日の九州旅行、夫婦で１泊しました。 まずお料理が素晴らしかった！全てのお料理が美味しかったです。季節感や彩りも工夫されていたと思います。いろいろな旅館を利用してきましたが、ここまで満足できることはなかなかありません。 夜食にぜんざいも出してくれたのですがお腹いっぱいで、翌朝のおめざでいただいたのも美味しかった。 担当の仲居さんもとても感じよく、さすが一流旅館と感じました。 旅行代理店の方のお勧めでこちらへの宿泊を決めたのですが、間違いなかったです！

久しぶりに懐かしい旅館に泊まりました。 ロビーには昔の方々の書があったり 部屋には大山名人の書があったり由緒ある宿なんだろうと思いました。 ただ、部屋は懐かしすぎて。 トイレには 洋式トイレと和式トイレが一緒にあってとっても不思議でした。 暑いところですだし、温泉に入るので エアコンがあまり効かないのには閉口しました。 大浴場は こじんまりしていてあまり大きくなくてちょうど良い感じでした。中の方々も普通に良い感じでした。
