I stayed here with my 20 year old daughter for a short 5 night trip, we opted for all inclusive which personally it worked out great for us cost saving. The food choices were really good, anything from freshly made pizzas, a lovely veggie paella, pasta options lasagne, tomato sauce or carbonara the chef makes it to how you like it. Breakfast choice is great, yes it’s very busy & noisy but not too bad. We were dubious after reading reviews of this hotel, if you don’t like noisy hotels this one is deff not for you, you can hear other people in their rooms paper thin walls and clubbers coming in at 3am-6am however we just went back to sleep, but don’t book this hotel if that could be a big concern for you! Deff not a family hotel ie I wouldn’t bring younger children it’s more stag/ hen do/couples groups of friends etc. the hotel reception canteen pool bar is very clean and super modern, we were quite surprised. The pool area is a bit worn looking, however this didn’t bother us much. The rooms are very basic and old furniture but the beds were really comfy (not rock hard like some I’ve stayed in) but super cheap, we had no mold in the bathrooms as stated in other reviews! Drinks option was great for all inclusive all spirits, cocktails, red white wine, Estrella lager. The staff were lovely in the hotel can’t really complain. There was a great boutique shop which sold lots of lovely beach clothes, gifts. jewellery etc and really really cheap for what they were, the lady that worked there was so friendly! For a 3 star hotel I thought it was really good and perfect for the 5 night break we had.

Such a good vibe! Don’t even have to leave party comes to you 🥳 very friendly staff. Good position to go anywhere. Room had a great view of the pool and love how it all wraps around. Only have 3 nights here but I wish it was longer! I will be back! IBIZA

The last stop of this vacation is the most cost-effective hotel. Twinins is definitely worth visiting again. The price of CNY1K in the off-season in May includes three meals and a mini bar in the room. A bottle of Blanco at the pool bar is 16 Euros (Figure 5). It is simply a super conscientious merchant on this island! The No. 14 bus stop is at the door, and 2 euros go directly to the center of the old city.

I stayed at Ocean Drive for 3 nights with my sister and we had an absolutely brilliant time. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, modern and immaculate. We had a lovely spacious room with a huge comfy bed. There was plenty of hanging space with lots of hangers and lots of storage for folded items. The bathroom was lovely and SO clean, great shower with good water pressure too. Our room was cleaned beautifully daily and water was replaced. It was a shame we didn’t have a balcony but I really can’t fault the room at all. The hotel has stunning pools and plenty of sun loungers, the decking areas are kept very cleans, staff are constantly removing empty glasses and plates etc. Fresh poolside towels could be collected every day and the lifeguard was always present. The pool area wasn’t busy at all and with the deckings and pools being on different levels it had a really quiet chilled vibe. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and plenty visible throughout the day, they were very attentive taking food and drink orders around the pool. The cocktails were fantastic and food really, really tasty. We only had food around the pool so can’t comment on breakfast but the buffet looked lovely and fresh. Our flight home was cancelled and rearranged for very late the same night and the hotel were beyond accommodating granting us a free late check out, looking after our bags for the day and even providing us a space to shower and get ready that night. I absolutely will be returning to the hotel, we loved the whole vibe. Only complaint would be that the sun loungers don’t adjust but that’s really very minor. All in all 10/10!

My partner and I returned from our 10 day holiday yesterday. Our room was very small and run down (F4), but we were soon moved to a lovely room with more space and a great balcony (G8). The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and lots of healthy options. We felt that the entertainment could have worked better if there had been a stage near the bar or at least hadn't been separate from everyone sitting around the bar. The large, canteen like room with no bar was quite uninviting and few people ventured to it from the bar during our holiday. We did walk down the hill to the beach area. Walking back up the hill was challenging but taxis back cost 4-5 euros. We were disappointed at the lack of entertainment in the bars of Cala Llonga, except for the live bands and wonderful traditional folk dancing that we saw on 'Tourist Day'. It is easy to travel to Santa Eulalia and Ibiza town by bus, ferry or taxi. Overall, we felt that our holiday here was good value for money.

Spent 4 days at this hotel as part of a 50th birthday part trip with a group of friends. By far the highlight of the hotel is the amazing Izakaya restaurant, which is one of the best Japanese meals I have ever had. I would highly recommend having a meal here. Beyond the restaurant, I would say that the hotel was nice but to be honest nothing special. I would probably give the hotel a 3.5 review if it were available Location: half way between the old town and the Marina - well located if you want to walk to Pasha or the restaurants in the marina but if you want to be in Ibiza Town, I think its a little too far away... The hotel is just off a busy roundabout and my room looked straight on to the local Ikea. This is not a picturesque location. Staff - all very nice and friendly ... as should be expected in a higher end hotel. Breakfast - nice buffet but the staff struggled with uncomplicated coffee and egg orders, which shouldn't have been an issue - tip to staff: if in doubt, write it down! Outdoor space - bit of a let down - one of our party described the pool as a ”water feature” which about sums it up. Certainly I would not have wanted to spend a day around the pool. Lobby/Bar/Lounge - the hotel utilizes its limited space extremely cleverly. Although it is small, it is well thought out and very much retains a ”design hotel” feel. Rooms - we felt let down by our standard room. The bed was uncomfortable and there was more emphasis placed on making the room look cool as opposed to comfortable. The shower and toilet were placed together in a tiny internal cubicle and felt cramped. The sink area is in the entrance lobby to the room, which felt a bit weird. Overall we loved Ibiza and had a great break. We would not stay here again when we return to Ibiza.

Just got back from a 5 night stay here and loved every moment of it. We could not fault our stay at all. We were welcomed on reception by Juan who gave us a complimentary glass of cava and was very attentive, personable and then upgraded us to a better room. As we were out looking for wedding venues, this was a lovely surprise. The room was very spacious and absolutely spotless. The maids do a fantastic job and ensured our room was spotless each day with fresh towels and sheets. The bar is a great hotel bar and on our first night (the Saturday) we had some sushi in the hotel as recommended by Juan. The sushi was fantastic and I would really recommend the beef entrecôte and quail’s egg sushi. All of the bar staff were great, again very personable and polite. In particular, the blonde woman was super lovely. I didn’t catch her name but she was just great at her job. A fantastic hotel and even better staff in a great location. We visit Ibiza multiple times every year and now this hotel will be at the top of our list each time we stay. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The situation, looking out over the Med is superb and only a few minutes cab ride from the airport. Staff are so friendly without ever being gushing or irritating and the place is kept immaculately clean all the time. Breakfast is a joy looking out over the sea and little touches make the place - and you - feel really special; the 'welcome back' bottle of bubbly in the room as you arrive, the chocolates at around 8.30 brought to your room, their willingness to give you a beach towel for the day. Nothing is problem. And then we get into real indulgence territory with the infinity pool on the roof. This was our fourth time here. We'll be back for sure.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 4 days in July. The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The rooms are specious, and given we worked during our stay, we found it comfortable with good WiFi. The restaurant is located on a ground floor with charming setting outside. Breakfast was very good, selection of hot dishes, fruit and pastries. The only thing that let it down was service, first day we waited more than 30 mins for our coffee to arrive. Swimming pool is small but the area is very quiet and you never have to worry about having a sun-lounger. It is also sunny for most of the day despite comments in previous reviews. The only complaint we had was how long it took to get a taxi when we were leaving the hotel. We were not warned that it could take 60-90mins for it to arrive. We would not mind if the hotel told us in advance as we would plan around it, instead we were left waiting with our luggage at reception.
