Fantastische ligging, direct aan het strand waar ook de watertaxi aanlegt voor een bezoek aan Ibiza stad. Heerlijk restaurant voor zowel ontbijt, lunch als diner. De hotel medewerkers waren allen uiterst vriendelijk, gastvrij en servicegericht. De appartementen werden dagelijks bijzonder goed onderhouden. Kortom TOP.

Erg mooi gelegen aan de zee met een boulevard voor de deur. De appartementen zijn eenvoudig, maar ze hebben uitstekende bedden en het is super schoon. De mensen bij de receptie zijn enorm aardig. Heerlijk ontbijt. Een topaanrader.

Alle balkons hebben uitzicht op zee. Figuertes is niet massaal, maar heeft mooie compacte stranden met beach guards. Mooie boulevard en historisch kasteel in de buurt. Geschikt voor hardlopers. Minder keus voor echte shoppers. Appartementen zijn ruim en worden om de dag gereinigd. Personeel is hulpvaardig.

Locatie van het complex is super. Restaurants, supermarkt en boulevard zijn zeer dichtbij. Met de taxi naar de oude stad kost eur 12,- of 20 minuten lopen. Parkeren is gratis op +\- 7 minuten lopen. Schoonmaak is top, inrichting is basic maar voldoet.

Today we don’t feel welcome at all at this hotel. The guy behind the desk declined our payment because he want us to pay by card but we want to pay cash. We want to pay 1400 cash but hè stand on online booking and that’s only possible with card and we reached our limit today with the card We don’t see the difference between pay by card and pay with cash and feel sad that we cannot rent something. The guy behind the desk also looks strange that we don’t got a card what we cannot use.

Property is very clean. They change towels everyday and even provide towels in pool area. All the staff were awesome. They were very courteous, helpful, kind and 24/7 available. You can leave your luggage in the reception in case of early checkin or checkout. Location is situated in the most perfect spot in Ibiza Town based in my preference 10 mins from airport and Ibiza port. Pool is small but property is in front of the beach. If you want to go to Formentera there's a boat in front of the apartment. Breakfast is OK, they only offer english breakfast and fruits. When I return to Ibiza I'll definitely book again in this apartment. Great value for our money based to the service and location we receive.

The "studios" are on the ground floor, next to the pool and across from the restaurant, so it can be noisy and you have almost no privacy on the small patio of the studios. Front desk was efficient and friendly. The furniture is a little bit dated, but by far the worst part was the terrible mattress with every single spring poking your back. Impossible to sleep.
