From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were royalty! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could want from a five-star hotel.

Dit hotel is perfect en heeft alles wat je wil, de locatie, de faciliteiten, de restaurants, meer dan voldoende parkeergelegenheid, de allerbeste service, en wat een vriendelijkheid! Daarnaast was er meer dan voldoende aandacht voor de allerkleinsten. Wij verbleven hier 10 dagen met onze tweeling (9 maanden) bedjes gratis op de kamer met vers gepureerd fruit en badeendjes en een set met verzorgingsproducten voor onze tweeling. Wat een fijn verblijf, iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de housekeeping kwam 4 keer per dag langs om te checken of alles nog in orde was en of we nog iets nodig hadden voor de babies. Het personeel is van een ander niveau🙏 We hebben in veel luxe hotels geslapen, maar de service hier is ongelofelijk! UITERST VRIENDELIJK!

Heerlijk hotel, super service, perfecte ligging als uitvalsbasis voor, in dit geval, een groepsreis. Haven op loopafstand, ibiza stad dichtbij, Lio op 5 minuten lopen. Fantastisch ontbijt en mooie, grote, zwembaden. Kortom, een aanrader voor je verblijf op Ibiza.

Excelente trato, sitio maravilloso el cual sin duda repetiremos,hicieron que nuestro evento fuese perfecto y especialmente Sergio y Paula son unas personas que las necesitas en tu vida. No hubo ningún invitado de 130 que dijera algo que no gustase

Un hotel divino, con muy buena atención y servicios acordes al nivel del hotel Compartimos unos días estupendos con amigos y un bar increíble Además tener en el hotel a los mejores restaurantes de Ibiza es algo impagable Es más este año volveremos

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Service was all of 5 stars. Location was great. Food great. Room was beautiful. There’s not one bad thing I can say about this place it’s that beautiful. Ivan the driver of the Bentley car they have was super helpful all the time we had him drive us as we’re the front desk staff.

The hotel is as expected for a 5* rating. Staff are very professional. The breakfast is the best I've experienced from any hotel. Special shout out to Caesar that works in the upstairs pool area. Excellent communicator and attentive. He inspired us to come back after last year. Top bloke😌

Experiencia inmejorable en Ibiza. Destacar la elegancia y la harmonía que transmiten todas sus estancias. La habitación espaciosa, cómoda y sofisticada. Se aprecia claramente que está todo cuidado al detalle. Las instalaciones del Spa son inmejorables, desconexión durante 90 minutos en un circuito super relajante. Un desayuno nunca visto, servicio impecable, presentación de 11 y variedad infinita. Por último mencionar a: Roberto, Bart, Raúl, Alaia, Nelly, Marta, Esther, Paula y Andra por su magnífico trato. Se nota el gran trabajo que hay detrás de este increíble hotel, que recomendaría sin duda a todo aquel que visite la isla.

This was our first time in this excellent hotel. And what a great experience it was. The attention to detail and the attention the staff gives a guest is very high. I love it when everything it just right. The breakfast is one of the best I have experienced. The room (we had the junior suite) was big, clean and had a great view on the old city. The location is very good with the harbor close and the old city in walking distance. We will be back soon!!
