Debo is good therapist ,polite and nice therapist,her massage is very relaxed And she also give me stretching,i highly recommended her massage,the way how she give massage it's very professional,spa room are also clean and tidy she is the best ,

I stayed room no _416 isa wonderfull room all over the ***ohar hotel nice interiors and nice balcony.expecelly Mr.Ganesh in front office department gives very good service and also he is having good behavior with positive attitude.firstly I booked a deluxe suite room but I'm not satisfied with the room but Mr.Ganesh was taking care the responsibility to gives the best service and give me an upgrade room for lifestyle suite it's a nice room to spend in ***ohar.thanks to Mr.Ganesh from front office team with nice behaviour and good positive attitude

Our recent stay at Hotel ***ohar on January 10, 2024, was a regrettable experience that I feel compelled to share. As a group of seven, including two senior citizens and a seven-year-old child, we were met with disappointment from the start. The hotel staff displayed an alarming lack of enthusiasm and a pervasive sense of frustration, with only a few exceptions from the kitchen and front desk. However, their efforts couldn't co****sate for the evident dissatisfaction that permeated the establishment. The most glaring issue was the deplorable state of our rooms—unacceptably dirty and lacking basic hygiene. This discrepancy between the promised five-star service and the reality of our stay is disconcerting. I implore the Tourism Ministry to investigate and address these issues promptly. Until Hotel ***ohar undergoes significant improvements, I strongly advise against considering it for accommodation. The misleading allure of a five-star experience is merely a façade, concealing a disappointing reality that potential guests deserve to know.

Spa services are really good, especially therapist Lakshmi she is very professional.. loved their service. I strongly suggest their services. But AC is not working in the room and little bit of service has to be improved.But over all good experience.

We were greeted warmly by the hotel staff upon arrival and our accomodations were top notch. In fact, our suite was elegant and roomy and had been recently renovated. The entire hotel is actually undergoing renovations and is coming ***** very nicely. Also, the dining experience was exceptional. We especially enjoyed one of the chef's specialties, fish biryani, which was utterly fantastic! They also had plum cake which was out-of-this world good.

This used to be a nice hotel ***y years ago. There’s no maintenance now. Looks like a run down hotel. Horrible experience.

We stayed here for 6 days. We stayed in Junior suit however we got luxury suit. That was happy start. However next day we found out that there is no hot water in bathroom. Therefore I called. there are at last 4-5 people came and check and kept saying wait for some time. Finally we wasted one hour and showered with cold water and got late to our event. whole day ruined. next day same thing. I asked reception to change room, He said hotel is full. which was not because there was literally 1 car in parking and 3/4 people in restaurant. After 3rd day finally they gave room and by the the time we checked out there mushrooms in bathroom which was very disgusting. I think when Airport was there this hotel was truly luxury hotel. but airport is moved, owner seems to change his focus. There is hotel ***agement college in the same hotel so I feel this is more of hotel run by college kids. or used as training facility. Only positive thing was breakfast is good. but the cost they are charging it is not worth. Everyone in staff seems to is learning. house keeping keep on forgetting something like sugar, coffee so again you have ask them do it. or you go downstairs to get it. Reception folks are not very friendly as you expect in luxury. My reservation has spa coupon which was denied. One strangest thing in luxury star hotel is you have reset your key to room everyday. and that too does not work in first shot so you have to go down and again reset. This was very annoying especially when you come after long day and 10-15 minutes goes in this every single day. I would not recommend for family or for long stay.
