Need to better maintain plant. Dusty atmosphere.
Small and poorly designed standard rooms.
Great location and relaxing fountains.
Pool is large but cold water. They made us wear shower caps and take shower with super chilled water before entering the pool. Only 4 pool beds in entire resort.

Great hotel , helpful staff. Breakfast is very limited, though orange fresh juice was great. Tea was average. Spa is not recommended waste of time and money

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli. The service is excellent. The staff and ***agement team are really courteous. They are really caring and responds any of my requests in few minutes. There are lot of options for food and drinks. The restaurant staff are caring and loving. They have prompt service. Food was really tasty. Shout out to Tanmoy, Nakul , Pritam and ***y more. The housekeeping staff kept my room clean. I had forgot something but they were happy to give complimentary products. Kudos to Bishnu and Uttam for helping. Floor ***agers Vivek and Hariom made my stay extra pleasant. Thank you for all love and care. I will come back here again.

Everything is too good service also excellent, housekeeping @ vivek floor supervisor and @ bishnu room cleaning did great job as well as room service staff also very friendly, receiving was very good,....,...... .. Enjoyed a lot with family very secure to stay here with

Every single department had staff that went above and beyond when it came to taking care of our needs. We experienced true hospitality. Room was excellent with a well functioning air conditioning system. I liked the big windows in bed and bathroom which gave plenty of natural sunlight. Would like to mention some of the names of staff we had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service. Chef Harsh Singh who prepared lovely South Indian vegetable dishes as per our request Ankul, Ajith, Aarati, Phool, Tanmoy, Mahima and a few others I didn’t get the names of. All wait staff at Collage restaurant were excellent. Housekeeping staff Uttam and three others were excellent too. Sri Vardhan and Vivek Kumar enquired quite often if we were being taken care of. I think we were simple guests with not much de***ds. I needed an allergy medicine late at night and front desk arranged a ride for me to go to the pharmacy right away. Meghana from Front desk was also very hospitable and even came to Collage to check on us and ask us if we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. While these were all positives, some kitchen and cooking suggestions. Sambar can be offered in teo variants, the regular and spicy ( without added sugars), some more thought to the food arrangement fir buffet breakfast, a live chaat counter and some finger foods that are Indian at coffee /high tea time. All in all we left the property with smiling faces and very relaxed. Thanks for all the hard work the team puts together on a daily basis to keep guests comfortable.

The hotel is old and requires major renovations. Service was good, except check in, where they tried to downgrade me. Overall very low value for money.
