Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

The service at Taj Tirupati was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at Taj Tirupati whenever I am in Tirupati.
I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.”

Having stayed in Hyderabad on ***y occasions I can stay without contradiction that the Taj Krishna is the best hotel in which I have stayed.

Property is dated and needs a refresh. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor. The bathrooms are very small for a hotel of this rating. The most difficult part was the door stopper right in front of the toilet on the floor which is a safety hazard.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in in terms of quality of service and staff. Extremely kind, helpful and solving.
Highly recommended.
Food was also so fresh and delicious.
