The experience at cent made me to vacate without second thought. They ruined my day. Except location not a good choice to stay here. Rude behaviour of staff also a reason and 7n hygienic rooms & toilet. By seeing 3 star i booked and became a fool and lost money.

I reached hotel in the morning around 6. 30 am, they said rooms are full and also check in time is around 12 noon. Finally i got a room around 8. 30 am after paying extra rs. 1000- for early check in charges. Now, inside the room ac was not working properly, in the toilet, no dental kit, no towel, health faucet was not working properly. In-spite of complaints no one bothered to attend.

Enjoyed luxurious stay at the cent hotel: elegant decor, impeccable service, lavish amenities, and exquisite dining. Tranquil ambiance, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

The cent hotel, hyderabad is very bad hotel. I will suggest to make my trip to cancel adding this hotel. Also no any customer stay here because room and staff of this hotel has not good behaviour and response. In restaurant has very bad food served and if you tell about his food than he will quarrel with you.

Breakfast and room cleaning is good with less budget. The location of the hotel is well connected with the metro, road etc.

Got from make my trip. As i expected not there is reality hygiene to be mentained. Breakfast to be improved. Staffs not guiding properly

We will get grand welcome from cockroaches, very old wash room and not clean, shower facility kept for name sake which is not working. Tv is thr which is not working. Old fan which is full of sound. Overall very bad experience

The location seems to be at prime place. Food was good. Amenities were like ok. Service was also good. Overall ok for the 2-3 days stay
