Dit is een groot bedrijf. Tijdens de coronavirusperiode lijkt het goed te worden beheerd, dus gebruik het elke keer dat je reist.

Considering the price, the facility was not best. For example, it does not provide Netflix or other VOD services.
It has not a bidet.
It gave only a bottle of complimentary water.
It's stuffy because the room is so small.
In spite of all for these, the building and rooms are very clean and brand new.

The staff are very friendly and provide prompt help. Also the amenities and lobby area are great!

Located across the street from the closest airport bus stop. Rooms aren’t as modern as other hotels in the area but the bed was very comfortable and no loud noises to be concerned with after hours.
Check in and check out were very easy. There is also an express check out drop box if you don’t want to interact with anyone.

Overall, the hotel room was nice and clean.
No unpleasant smell.
However, the fridge looked like it needed to be cleaned, as the mildew was growing inside.
The room size was perfect for 2 people.
The city view was very nice.
The staff were courteous.
I saw that other people commented about slow elevators, but it didn’t feel slow to me. I actually didn’t mind that much.

직원이 호텔룸 들어올때 신발을 신고 들어오고
요청한 물품 사용설명 충분히 이루어지지않음
리무진이 바로 앞에 정차해서 편함

첫 방문이었는데 전체적으로 깔끔하다고 느꼈습니다. 침구도 편안해서 푹 쉴 수 있었어요 ! 주변에 식당도 많은 점, 주차가 편리한 점이 좋았어서, 다음에 동탄에 올 일이 있다면 또 방문할 것 같아요~!

靠山一側窗外的風景很漂亮，酒店早餐也不錯，地理位置方便，周邊韓國餐館很多，也有中餐，不過離機場有點遠來回預留時間
