The price of the hotel is high, the quality of services is very low. The hotel has a small / very small swimming pool. There are no activities for children on the hotel grounds. We had bought a more expensive room with a pool view, but we didn't get it. When we announced that we would file a refund claim because what was advertised did not correspond to reality. We received an offer from the hotel to change the hotel room three days before our departure. We no longer accepted this because it seemed absurd to change rooms for just two nights. Rooms are dirty / broken floor tiles / dirty walls / curtains. The beds are uncomfortably hard. Bed linen / towels stained / broken / black. The tiny refrigerator in the room, called a mini bar, is so dirty that you dare not even touch it. If you use the air conditioner in the room, it feels like you are somewhere in the engine compartment. The sound / noise from the air conditioner is so loud that it disturbs the night's sleep. The shower faucet falls on your back in the bathroom / the bathroom door handles are moldy. The hair dryer on the wall is so dirty that you don't want to touch it. The food is the same every day / tasteless / no choice. Cheese is served at breakfast / sometimes sausage, they are not displayed. Pancakes are often not made either. The chefs are standing in the dining room with rubber gloves on their hands and scrolling through their phones. You can get drinks in cardboard cups / the glasses were only used for the first few days. The beach of the hotel is far / but there are buses from the hotel. Apart from several hotels, the water park is therefore very overcrowded, but the only source of joy. The goal of the hotel should be that the visitors leave their place rested and satisfied, but from my experience I did not get that feeling when I was in the hotel / doing business with the hotel. Staying in a hotel is a bad / very bad investment. Do not recommend.
