Old Palace Resort is an amazing place - beach, pools, all inclusive (if you pay extra) and the staff are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. I already extended my stay by 2 nights and wish I could stay longer. I would definitely stay here again

Ja wat moet ik nog zeggen. Dit hotel is duidelijk het best hotel wat er is. De mensen zijn vriendelijk leuk en lief... als er een probleem is lossen ze het meteen op... maar problemen kom je niet tegen.. Direct aan het strand waar je rustig en normaal kan zwemmen. Het zwembad daar in tegen is super groot rustig en lekker.... alles is hier gewoon super... we zijn met het gezinnetje weg geweest naar dit resort.. maar het is gewoon super goed eten is super lekker... ik ga zeker terug tis gewoon fantastisch als je het uitzicht al ziet wil je nooit meer weg.... ik raad het zeker aan....

Goedemiddag, Wij zijn net terug van old palace resort... En onze echte 1ste vakantie met ons gezin. Wat een prachtig mooi resort is dit. Ik heb geen woorden voor het personeel, wat een aardige en vriendelijke mensen zijn dit. De hotel kamers zijn prachtig en de bedden liggen super lekker. Elke dag woorden de kamers schoongemaakt. Dit personeel is zo vriendelijk aardig dat je ze eigenlijk gewoon een beetje zelf wild helpen. Wij als gezin hebben genoten van het eten en drinken wat we allemaal erbij kregen.ook hebben we een mini koelkast wat dagelijks gevuld wordt met cola, water , MELK want dat vroegen we ons af of er wel melk was. En ja hoor Wij kregen elke dag een pak melk mee naar onze hotel kamer,omdat we zo gek zijn op melk. Verder hebben we echt genoten van het resort en de mensen die hier werken. Ik heb geen klachten en zeker geen min punten hier... Dit was een vakantie die een 9 waard was. De zee is prachtig en de mensen ga ik erg missen. Groeten uit Holland.

Aanrader! Erg goed, schoon en verzorgd hotel. Goed eten, vriendelijk personeel. Zijn zorgzaam en willen alles voor je regelen. Kamers zijn goed, met het geven van wat fooi lopen ze hard voor je. Wanneer ik weer naar Egypte zou gaan zou ik hier nog eens verblijven. Top!

I booked the Chalet, and it is super convenient for families from 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults and it was nearby the heated pool, kids pool, jacuzzi and main restaurant. I spent four nights and I found that everything about this place exceeded my expectations. It is polygamizing , keeping attention to the smallest details, and outstanding service in every aspect. The management team Mr.Bishoy Albert the duty manager was very delighted to welcome us and make birthday celebrations as a complementary gift The animation team is very friendly and professional. Many thanks to Jolia the animation team leader for her amazing work especially with my kids. The restaurant staff was so friendly and supportive, many thanks to Mr. Ahmed Mahmoud and his team for their efforts to make every day different types of food. I will definitely go there again and again whenever possible. Many thanks to the Old Palace resort management and staff for this wonderful experience.

Actually the place doesn't include alot of kids' stuff but the sea and the pool are nice, you can play water polo in the pool which has two fixed nets. You can also rent a bike or golf cart (there's a road for this activities and it's long enough). You can also play volley. There are many markets from which you can buy whatever stuff you need (food, drinks, water suits, etc..). There's also an evening party which might be not suitable for a child. I believe that's all you can do there so you can judge by yourself is it suitable or not. :)

Very unprofessional reception staff with unfriendly attitude they were the worst thing about the trip otherwise the food was amazing with so many different choices and very big thanks to the amazing cheif and all his team members also thanks for the amazing entertainment team for the lovely spirit and very cool programs please change your service desk staff and the hotel will be perfect

I loved my time at the Old Palace Resort. The staff from the person who greeted us at reception, Alha was very friendly and helped us to our room. We did change rooms but the process was nice and easy and we were given options to which room we wanted to change to, at a cost. The resort is perfect if you want to stay within the hotel, it has a shop for all your necessities as well as gifts and souvenirs! There is a taxi service and cash machine within the hotel and everything you need at your doorstep. The pool area was clean and food was to a high standard with different varieties and sweets to choose from. The highlight of the resort has to be the staff that work there. Special thank you to Ahmed Gad in the dining area who was very attentive and always greeted my 18 month old son. Also our chef Hany Salah who always had a smile on his face when seeing all the guests. The atmosphere in this hotel is perfect if you want a relaxing getaway!

Excellent resort with all you need, nice and friendly staff (e.g. Angelina from animation team), superb food, wide offer of activities, delicate cuisine, clean rooms, relaxing zones, bars, 24/7 service... the only thing I'd recommend to improve is the size of the tea cups:-). Hope to get back soon !
