Mooi hotel. Aardig personeel aan de receptie. Matige kamer. Slechte badkamer. Balkon deur was niet op een normale manier te openen. Personeel in restaurant slecht in talen. Bij aankomst (laat in de middag) bleek kamer niet in orde. Er kwam geen water uit de kraan op de wastafel. Airco opkamer blaast warme lucht. 4 keer terug naar receptie geweest om dit te melden. 6 verschillende mannen op die avond op de kamer gehad om de problemen op te lossen. En dan heb ik het probleem met de balkon deur maar gelaten voor wat het was. Badkamer was smerig. Douchewand lekt. Deurstopper was afgebroken waardoor je op moest letten dat je je voet niet open haalt. (Kamer 531). Winkelstraatjes in hotel rekent belachelijke prijzen. €4 voor een fles cola en €15 voor een flesje zonnebrand die het na 1 dag al niet meer doet. Tip: neem een taxi naar Hurghada en doe daar je boodschappen. Strand is fijn en goed verzorgd. Wanneer je aan komt lopen komen ze meteen kussens brengen. Daar ook aardig personeel.

The hotel as an overall is amazing, you have many activities to choose from, they were wonderfull, the beach is the best, it has an amazing view, we also loved our cozy room, the food was ok, the pool is really nice, people working in aññ areas are so kind and friendly.

We spent 10 days at this hotel and we can highly recommended this hotel for family, especially with the little children. Very good food, nice restaurant, clean And tidy enviroment and perfect kids animated program, amazing beach. Tank you for our best holiday ever.

Good hotel and good atmosphere and there is a great view and very good and very nice entertainment team * The Mexican restaurant is great and the food is very Delicious. and the rooms are not bad too but the beach is clean and good and the drinks are also good 😅 Anyway I liked it
