Fantastic smart hotel - everything is voiced controlled -小度 is a wonderful bot - everything is new and spick & span. I love their free ice cream - such a nice touch and very welcomed on a hot summer day. Highly recommended!

一家新開的酒店。地理位置佳。酒店大堂不大，設備智能，房間衞生打掃的乾淨。大堂內配有一個冰櫃，都是當地的雪糕，免費。房間裏也有歡迎水果和小零食。早餐有自取和定食二部分組成，非常豐富，蒙古鍋茶特別好喝。入住的第二天剛好生日，服務員八點敲門説本來打算給您煮碗長壽麪，看您已經吃完早餐，發現您比較喜歡奶製品，送二袋奶片㊗️您生日快樂。非常暖心。感謝🌹

很時尚的一家酒店，有語音控制，很智能化，早餐跟豐盛很多樣性，誰能想到早餐居然有海蔘，酒店旁邊就是美食街要吃的和附近購物跟方便，距離古城也很近，服務也很到位。但依然存在美中不足的地方一是停車位太少，為了找個停車位，導致搬行李要百來米。二是浴室門鎖居然裝反了，真要洗澡上鎖需要從外面才能上鎖。其它一切都很好值得推薦！！

這個酒店是我住過同等價位裏面性價比最高最好的酒店，如果那麼多城市旅遊，這個價位還能有這麼多配套設施這麼好性價比的酒店這是獨一家，樓下有免費的冷飲可以無限吃，並且還有很多種類，有小型熱水機，戴森吹風機，熨燙機，體重秤，粘毛器，還有一次性浴球，還是那種質量很好的，有送的當地特色零食，免費使用的洗衣機，烘乾機，烘鞋機，並且洗衣液應有盡有，最好的還是早餐，種類很多，還有他這特色美食，簡直太棒了，下次來一定首選這個酒店，我太喜歡了

智能酒店 服務態度是真的好 房間很適合帶娃 上下鋪可以兩個大人兩個小童入住 房間的浴品是佰草集 浴巾很乾凈 唯獨就是床翻身有響聲 飲品小食可以免費續 早餐可以説非常不錯 休閑區按摩椅 遊戲機 都不錯 有一個洗手水龍頭不是很流暢 有健身房 洗衣房帶烘乾 有掛燙機 戴森吹風機

非常不錯的一次入住體驗，很多很貴的酒店環境服務都很不錯，但這家店讓我感到很舒服
環境：整個酒店用的香薰味道很柔和，問起來會讓人有一種放鬆的感覺，因為是2023年建設好的室內整體還是相對乾淨的，也希望可以一直保持下去
設施：酒店以智能設備為主，從辦理入住房間基本都是智能的，這裏沒有房卡，人臉識別入住減少了丟房卡的煩惱，屋內小度語音控制很智能。
食物：酒店在房間內配備了水，零食，咖啡，早餐非常豐富，整體的味道和種類都是酒店裡比較多的，也很符合當地特色
不足：入住的整體感覺都非常不錯，有一點不足也希望酒店可以進行改進，淋雨的噴頭略有堵塞，淋雨本來就高所以水壓較小洗澡感覺不是很好希望改進一下

很舒心的體驗，在酒店碰到的所有工作人員都特別熱情，整體智能度很高，活動區域也很豐富，早餐也能看出真的很用心，孩子兩晚都睡的非常好，下次來海拉爾的首選呀～

從一進酒店拿着身份證在入住機辦理入住，再到刷臉進房間，整體下來比較絲滑，一進門試衣鏡我覺得nice，呼倫貝爾酒店百歲山已經領先一多半酒店，也沒有燒水壺這位“老朋友”，桌上有當地小吃供外地遊客品嚐
