First I will start by saying they will accept foreign guest without a lot of complication. The location is right on the beach but it’s a bit far from the main area where more people are unless you want Solitude. The problem. We booked a week in advance which should have given them a week to prepare the Villa properly. Instead they waited to spot clean the day before. They waited so last minutes that when we arrived all of the floors in the entire house were still wet. And smelled. Not only that the villa is extremely old. Do not be fooled by the photos there is extensive mold and water damage. If there is expectations of a storm do not stay here. Also the house is very large and difficult to ventilate fully. Regardless we tried to make the best of it. All of the cushions from the furniture were dusty and molded from the water damage. There was a massive storm. There was a massive storm in the night and parts of the roof fell in and water leaked all through the house. Eventually they finally moved us to another place not the same style we originally paid for. If you need to be moved you have to push them to give you a better location they tried 2 move us from our 6 room villa with a pool to a 3 room villa with no pool or windows. The final destination was much better but again extensive water damage. The floor boards are not very secure. I would not recommend staying here. I really appreciate all the staff did to help and I really understand but we booked a week in advance all of these should have been secure before our arrival.

敍利亞風格的別墅，像二十年前的別墅整個別墅的年久失修跡象明顯，空氣中瀰漫著一股黴味。枕頭都已經發黴，還不捨得扔？ 辦理入住體驗極不順暢。我兩點半到達指定地點，卻發現無人接待。詢問是否可以自助入住後再補登記，得到的答覆卻是否定的。等待了漫長的二十分鐘，才有人前來處理。更令人不解的是，登記處距離別墅僅有幾十米之遙。 入住密碼的提供更是令人困惑。連續兩次提供的密碼都是錯誤的，直到第三次才得到正確的密碼。 晚上九點我們打算唱K時，卻發現其中一個麥克風完全沒有電。雖然有充電器充電同時想問下有沒有備用電池，嘗試通過微信語音聯繫管家，無人接聽。轉而聯繫夜班人員，一位男士在我還沒有完整描述問題的情況下，就態度惡劣地表示他不在場，我聯繫他毫無用處。隨後我又嘗試聯繫早班人員，她更牛了反問我：“現在幾點了，你還唱什麼？”我莫名其妙因明確十點才是限制時間，我和她出現時差了嗎？“你充電就行了，有充電器，沒有備用電池，你就等着吧。”泳池的水質看起來也不像是一客一換的標準

房子🏘️漂亮 很乾凈 泳池很好玩。 帶長者 孩子出遊。 一大家子 可以燒燒。有爐。 有麻將房。還有-KTV房。音響很好。孩子很喜歡。長者也喜歡。下次還會再來。 門口有專屬停車位。

圖片全是騙人的，我從來不評論的，第一次真的忍不住評論，房間裏發黴的味道極其重，所有硬件設施都是壞的，桌球數量叁差不齊，遊戲機原本沒有的，最後應付式帶了台，舊，壞的過來，温泉壞的，泳池本人下午1點到房間，衹放了5公分的水，一直放到晚上12點，還沒有放滿！廚房所有東西不能用，衹是冰箱和空調能用，其他不想評論了，送給我住都浪費時間

房間設施齊全，可是比較陳舊，衞生一般，服務態度好。距離飯店、海灘很近，如果短途兩天一晚還是可以接受的。尤其一讚的是無敵大海景！

像是20年的老宅臨時打擾出來讓人入住的，衞生環境和設備情況都堪憂！！！不值不值～入住之後也還沒打掃好衞生😷😷

衞生方面： 沒有打掃得很乾凈，邊邊角角都有灰塵，積水 環境方面： 挺好的，高樓層可以直接看海 服務方面： 還可以，需要的東西聯繫，響應很快 設施方面： 差！！！ 1. 泳池的水太慢慢！！4點半開始放水，放到了晚上1點都沒有滿，泳池等於擺設 2. 房間的遮陽太差了！！ 2個房間的頂是漏光的，早上7點活活被太陽照醒了！！

這個價錢，還行吧，裝修比較舊了，衞生也一般般，住了三天，主要是不打電話就沒人來搞衞生的，也許酒店公寓都這樣吧，還是跟價格有關，搞不清楚。總體來説還是滿意的。
