房間衞生很乾凈，服務員的服務態度很好，周圍環境非常非常漂亮，早晨醒來聽到的是小鳥嘰嘰喳喳的叫聲；透過玻璃窗看到的是高山峻嶺和綠樹紅花；空氣清新，每吸一口空氣都感覺非常舒暢；早晨起來在酒店周圍的小山坡上走一走，鍛鍊鍛鍊身體，呼吸呼吸新鮮空氣，神清氣爽，非常享受！

獨享一個山谷的澳淶山莊，在這裏吹着清涼的風，聽着鳥兒啁啾，自清晨到夜晚，都沉醉於這種安靜與悠然。前台小姐姐還温馨告知去八泉峽的時間和路線，酒店還提供接送客人來回八泉峽景區的用車，非常好的夏日旅行體驗。如果酒店在高峯期增加臨時用工人員，加快上菜速度，就更完美啦！

酒店在紅豆峽景區裏面，剛開業不久，設施很新，房間空間還可以，結構合理。工作人員特別給力，因為別的景區堵車，晚上才到，酒店工作人員開車下來引路。此處強調三遍，夜裡儘量不要自己開車往酒店走，紅豆峽景區內山路蜿蜒，陡峭險峻，不熟悉路況的話會很危險。總得來説，很愉快的入住體驗，第二天清早推開窗户，走出酒店，放眼之處，皆是美景！

前台小姐姐服務超級好，又熱情，特別感謝！因為早起要去八泉峽早餐還沒開始，還暖心的給我們準備了熱乎乎的簡餐帶走吃，房間乾淨，蒙古包那邊環境好可以看大山還有露營。

自駕出遊到太行山大峽谷，看了網評這家評分很高又是新店，而且在紅豆峽景區裏面，就特意訂了這家。週一中午到的，從北京一路自駕到這有裏已經飢腸轆轆，想着趕緊入住吃了飯休息一下。沒成想正趕上市長視察。在市長來之前半小時我們就已經點了兩個菜，可能真是我們趕的不是時候這菜也真沒上來。服務員一再道歉我們也深表理解，因為酒店在景區裏周圍也沒有任何能吃飯的地方我們就湊合吃了一口隨身帶的零食。回房間休息後發現浴室下水根本不通暢，幾乎是腳丫子泡在水裡洗澡（圖1）接著説看看電視吧沒成想是壞的（圖2）前台説給換個房間，我們實在是懶得折騰就算了。因為這天衹有3個房間入住了客人，所以吃飯都要提前預訂，第二天早餐也是要提前預訂，而且餐廳不在我們住的地方，要走幾百米到蒙古包去吃飯（蒙古包裏裝修的味道很重）想了想大家都麻煩就算了。下午在房間休息突然聽到服務員刷門卡，多虧我掛了保險連鎖，我問服務員怎麼不敲門就直接進，她回答以為沒人住，我真是無語了。就是沒人按最基本客房服務要求是不是也要先敲門再刷門卡呀！接下來更無語的事就是第二天一早6:30到前台退房沒有人，打前台電話也沒人，一拉酒店大門我們是被反鎖在裏面。想想非常後怕，這要是夜裡有突發情況我們根本跑不出去呀。後來趕緊給前一天加過微信的服務員打電話叫來退房。説説優點吧，酒店很新！很安靜！枕頭和床很舒服！前台服務員很熱情。我真得不知道該給幾分。如果衹是沒吃上飯，看不成電視，甚至下水堵我們都可以忍了。但是反鎖大門和服務員闖進房間我不知道我該如何面對？請問如果您是客人該怎麼給打分呢？#衞生

五一帶着爸媽去太行山八泉峽遊玩，因為時間太晚，臨時定了這個酒店，沒想到出乎意料的好。酒店位於紅豆峽景區內，周邊景色很美，酒店小哥兒在景區門口接我們，服務很周到。因為第二天走時已經是中午了，經理還給我們送了路上吃的麪包和礦泉水，真的很貼心。屋內每個角落都很乾凈，很好的一次體驗，有機會一定會再來。
