Habitación muy justa de espacio. No cabían las mesitas de noche. El desayuno pésimo y cuando faltaban cosas, que era frecuente ya que ponían cantidades pequeñas, dejaban pasar mucho tiempo hasta que reponían cosas. El servicio no estaba pendiente, ya que no era frecuente que se pasase por el comedor y era cuando los clientes acudían a buscar al personal para comunicarlo que repongan las cosas. Vimos que otros clientes se quejaban de lo mismo.

Good service at check=in -- very helpful staff, with the little English they spoke. Nevertheless, they did their best to help us. Plenty of free parking, but the breakfast leaves a bit to be desired.

Enjoyed a good night's sleep here and a really good breakfast in the morning. Staff don't speak much of any other language than Spanish, so prepare yourself for that. Had a nice quiet meal in the evening, even though the food was not particularly exciting. A mixed leaf salad only had iceberg, so the "mixed leaf" aspect of it was a bit lost on the chef : if it only has iceberg in it, the leaves aren't mixed if you ask me, but I am not a CHEF like he is of course... Great waiter, though, you could tell he liked people and enjoyed his job. Good place to spend one night when you're on the road, but I wouldn't want to be stuck here for more than that.

Although this property was unique and interesting its location was remote from the town of Huelva and, there was nothing to do outside the walls of the Hacienda. A walking trail would have been useful, for example. There were no transit opportunities to get us to the Town. The lunch at the Hacienda was excellent but breakfast was mediocre. Staff were polite but not particularly welcoming.

Our favourite retreat in Huelva is the Hacienda Montija. Not just because of where it is and what it is, but because it lends itself to our preferences. Normally, we stay here out of high season, but this time it happened to be just within high season. You can probably blame that on a combination of opportunity and Covid restrictions. The pools are only open for four months in the year, although the jacuzzi is open for longer, but they are set within an attractive area to the side of the hotel. The sunshades and loungers are surrounded by well-tended lawns which give just the right degree of separation from the pools and jacuzzi. All in all, a very relaxing area. When you have had your fill of the gardens and pools you can retire to the cool of the atrium inside, or, sit out on your own private terrace, available to each of the guests occupying, I think, bedrooms nos. 15 to 20, plus the principal suite. La hacienda es muy bonita y bien decorada pero le falta mantenimiento y una renovación . El servicio muy regular y escaso . El desayuno muy malo para un hotel de 4 estrellas : mal café , bollería industrial , zumo de bote , y poca Seleccion , aparte de no haber casi servicio de atención . Detalles como plantas artificiales , baños comunes regulares y otros le quitan bastantes puntos

Camera e bagno puliti e spaziosi ma ciò che più mi ha colpita sono stati gli spazi comuni dove gustarsi un aperitivo e l’area piscina dove rilassarsi. Personale molto gentile, ristorante ok.

Cadre sympathique. Tout le reste relève de la mauvaise auberge. Ils ont du acheter leurs 4 étoiles, en valent 2 à peine. Une arnaque. Chambres de 6 m2, meubles en bois de palettes, services désagréables. Petit déjeuner qu'avec de mauvais produits. Le chorizo sent le frigidaire, le jambon est de la pâte reconstituée, etc. Usurpation d'étoiles. Ne vous laisser pas avoir par les fausses étoiles

El lugar es muy bonito y agradable, sitio ideal para desconectar y relajarte. La restauración es muy buena, excepto el desayuno que es bastante flojo para un cuatro estrellas. Además, las mesas no se limpian entre desayuno y desayuno, quedaban migas en las mesas y los manteles individuales tenian cercos de las tazas de café. En ese punto se necesita cuidar más la limpieza. Otro detalle: las duchas de la piscina no tenían agua por lo que no podías utilizarlas antes de meterte en la piscina. Las sabanas de la cama eran pequeñas y no se ajustaban bien al colchón, al menos en nuestra habitación. Por lo que respecta al personal, muy agradables y atentos.
