We booked the street view room but we were given a room at the lowest floor with view of wall of other buildings. The front desk manager kept on saying the hotel is fully booked with no other rooms available. But our friends booked through hotel directly were given a room at higher floor with nice view. Very disappointed of booking through Trip.com.

The location is located near Vincom and walking street with walking distance the room decoration is lovely with an elegant bathtub, I feel like a princess living there, the breakfast buffet is various and scrumptious.

Great hotel very close to Vincom Plaza Hue. Classic hotel feel, clean and updated bathroom and furniture. Excellent friendly staff and wonderful buffet breakfast.

깨끗하고 친절한 호텔입니다. 방 크기도 작지 않고 인테리어는 촌스러울거라는 생각과 달리 괜찮았습니다. 다만 창이 없는 방이어서 좀 답답했습니다. 예약할때 꼭 창문이 있는 방으로 하세요

Heerlijk Frans hotel voor 1 nacht..luxe kamer in drukke stad. Prachtige inloopdouche, apart bad. Fijne bedden(breed). Heerlijk ontbijt, Europees en Aziatische gerechten, warm en koud. Skyline bar op bovenste verdieping met bar. Maaltijden konden op kamer bezorgd worden.

Great and lovely hotel!! Overall only 4 stars due to pool being highly chemicalised and needed a clean. Sad the pool skyline bar is closed. Apart from that the rooms ar great, big spacious room and bathroom with comfortable beds. Would stay here again!

3.5* Pros: - Spacious, elegant room - Excellent location - Good breakfast Cons: - Pressure in the shower is minimal so it’s hard to wash hair, etc. - The shower is built together with the toilet without any glass/curtains so the entire toilet area gets wet too when showering - Hotel is nice but needs updating and more maintenance overall as it has an “old feel” to it
