Terrible check in. Terrible food, had to use a pair of pliers to start the hot tub. Room smelled like BO. Do not recommend

Our room was nice and clean, the conference room for a kids party was equally nice. Great location for attendees to go from their rooms, to party to pool.
ONLY negative way too many people in pool area and surely NOT enough chemicals to accompany the numbers couldnt even smell it. The hot tub had so many people their was dirt floating on bubbles and a dirt ring. So glad my little onea kicked around and wanted to leave the area.

I realized a lot of places are still short of staffing and I’m not trying to be negative, but I did find trash and used towels in our room. Also, the carpet is in need of a real good cleaning. The kids really enjoyed the water park area and my only suggestion would be a little bit more seating for the adults.

Housecleaning was great. Rooms very nice and comfortable. All first floor hallways no heat cold. Could not use exercise equipment, was freezing cold in there. No heat controls

No towels in the pool area either night and no towels replaced in our rooms. Lots of car windows smashed in the parking lot overnight too. The pool area is extremely disability friendly, highly recommend for families. Hopefully the hotel will get the other issues figured out.

We checked into our room which was a King with a pull out couch. We pulled out the couch and the linen that was left on it was dirty and had chip crumbs in it. We lifted it up and the mattress had a large red stain on it…..I don’t even want to ask what it was. We asked for new linens and had to go down and get them ourselves and remake the pull out. Our room was on the back side of the building which butted up to the freeway. All I heard all night were semi trucks and motorcycles along with people stumbling around in the hallways yelling at midnight.

the employees were friendly and helpful. this hotel did not have a free breakfast buffet, but a very limited breakfast could be ordered.

The room was missing sheets for the pull out bed the refrigerator did not work the breakfast was trash the customer service was not great at all

Bathtub was full of hair and dirty soap scum.
Drain was backed up.
Toilet wouldn’t stop running until we wiggled the flusher.
Pool and hot tub looked so gross we didn’t dare use them.
