The owner is very nice and helpful. Very good stay for those that planning for hiking by footpath from this hotel as it’s about 1 to 15 mins walk to the footpath to the ticket office which open 24 hours for buying tickets. The hotel owner even offer to pick us after our long 9 hrs hiking which is very nice of him. We order dinner from the hotel, he cook very well. Helping us to book taxi and drop us off at the Huashan railway station too. As long as you don’t expect city hotel standard this hotel is very good as it’s have everything you need , if the hotel owner don’t have what you ask for he will asking around to find out where you get what you need.

A wonderful stay at this lovely family-owned hotel. Communication and help from the owner was amazing. The meal we had was great too. We would stay here again if we returned to Huashan. 😀

環境：環境很好離華山超級近
服務：地理位置段好，交通方便，房間舒服衞生，服務人員熱情，樂意各種幫助，網絡高速度。性價比較高，下次還要來住
老闆人特別好，服務很好，人也很和善，還送我們去火車站

這次住店非常滿意，老闆從火車站接站，我們是連續住了兩天，第二天老闆給我們換了三人間的大屋子，我們説想去市裡轉轉，老闆還給我們指路，上山前老闆娘問我們吃沒吃飯，還給我們指路了早餐店，還説下山之後可以去遊客中心接我們，總之這次住宿體驗超高，屋子也很乾凈整潔，就在山腳下，離徒步登山口超級近

服務及時到位，非常nice,房間乾淨，而且大，在西安幾天都沒睡好，昨天在這把覺補足了，今天神清氣爽爬華山，來回火車，老闆全程接送，酒店離華山很近，老闆也是很熱心包接送！

房間乾淨，也很安靜，房間就能直接看到華山的一角，到玉泉院入口也很近，老闆人超好，幫我省了一半的門票錢，然後還能去遊客中心接送，我感動到流淚，還幫我送東西，真的真的太感謝了，再來還住這兒！
