Highly recommended, location is convenient. Service staff helped us to get driver for our day trip to taroko gorge.

價格便宜，地理位置也方便，工作人員很熱情，下次再來花蓮會考慮入住。
但衛生方面有待改善，發現茶幾上有一支牙線未清理。

飯店週邊有許多店家, 有7-11, 也有全聯社(走路3分鐘), 地下停車場的高度限制, 休旅車無法進入, 但飯店人員會貼心引導停在路邊, 性價比來說算是蠻經濟的選擇.

飯店的價格算是很合理早餐也還很好吃住房的品質也算是非常不錯整體說來30中上之選唯一美中不足的可能就是地下車位了，但是好像可以停在飯店的旁邊只不過我們去的時候都變停滿了

飯店乾淨衛生。地點不錯，附近有全聯，對面也有7-11。
前台還會幫忙介紹租機車跟訂包車一日遊行程。
CP值很高。
不過說到包車,飯店介紹的司機實在不靠譜...
首先, 那位司機大哥應該是喉嚨受傷, 幾乎都聽不懂他在說什麼,也沒辦法, 我只好盡量去聽。
但是!!!大哥一邊開車一邊打瞌睡, 好幾次差點掉進太魯閣, 還說什麼一直看到一道白光打過來, 我懷疑他是**了吧?
回程時候一直逆向超車, 太瞎了吧!
本來想說跟飯店投訴一下, 但聽到司機接了個電話, 聽出來他欠人錢, 想說討生活不容易, 就算了。
不過, 現在寫評論就壞想越氣...
就飯店的部份來說我是給滿分, 但是對於飯店安排的司機...

地點方便，服務及設施均滿意，尤其早餐非常豊盛及健康，有機會再到花蓮，一定不會錯過這家飯店，並會推薦朋友到花蓮旅遊可以住宿此間優質飯店。

今年已經是第三次來住宿，飯店乾淨沒有菸味，早餐很豐富，可惜的是如果要去逛東大夜市要開車前往比較方便，附近餐點多半都是高檔餐廳，平價的選擇較少，服務人員很有禮貌也很周到，各方面來說都很不錯，有機會會再住

1. 櫃台人員服務態度佳
2. 停車場為地下室機械入口, 必須請櫃台人員開始入口, 不方便
3. 廁所的排氣風扇噪音太大, 還好可以手動關閉
4. 早餐餐點還可以, 米漿超好喝
5. 早餐場地太小, 桌子間距好小, 走動易影響到鄰桌
6. 整體上是間住宿環境良好的優質旅店, 推薦.

地下停車場限高1.5米，而且車位有限。我們車超過高度，只能在路邊找位子停，幸好空位還算好找。床墊偏軟，睡不習慣。
