It is a floating hotel I didn’t realize.
Very convenient and beautiful hotel
All staff were so friendly
For Instagramers, it would be heaven
Breakfast was brilliant with curry, nan, zapati and so ***y sweets!
It is floating but very comfy
Only 1 issue l, no toilet paper or tissue any place even inside a room
It would be India issue, not a hotel issue though
I LOVED THIS HOTEL!!
Definitely will recommend my friends too

I am staying in room 309 at the Polo Floatel, and my experience has been exceptional. The hotel boasts a unique ambiance, being South Asia's first floating hotel, and offers stunning views of the Howrah Bridge and the Ganges. The housekeeping staff have been incredibly attentive and efficient, ensuring that my room is spotless and comfortable every day. A special thanks to ***ab, who has gone above and beyond to make my stay memorable with his courteous and helpful nature. The location is perfect for exploring Kolkata, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and distinctive charm.

I had a very special moment spent there for my special occasion i would recommned you to come and stay on deck room it give a classy feeling of river ganga..And would happy with the services too from the staff at night they will be too present for the services i meet one of them is Chandan who they are present for the services at my doors step...its a lovely place to visit at any special day

It was a terrific experience.Sona was extremely helpful and guided me excellently through the entire process. It was an exceptional experience.The food was very tasty especially the prawn cocktail.The staff was courteous and helpful too.Our anniversary dinner was made truly memorable.Thank you

I am very happy for evening traditional boat Mr song he is arrange for birthday decorations for today my husband birthday ***** with videsh menu food is awesome. Moving the boat ride the sun set time 5:50 pm very nice pic capture in my mobile and howrah bridge also.

It was a very pleasant and memorable evening with candlelight dinner in the boat. The staff was very courteous and helpful and food was also very good. The ambience was perfect for a relaxing evening with family and friends. We will definitely be recommending this to others. Our daughter had booked this for us through SONA and he had been very helpful in advising her and helping her plan the whole evening . A special word of THANKS to SONA.
