Very nice staff!
Breakfast was good!
Parking included was so convenient
Comfy beds and water in the room was nice.
Front desk lady that checked us in was so sweet
And the guy at the breakfast area was so nice
The hot tub and pool was very nice

Great place to stay. Stayed for 2 nights. The room was large, clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and nice. The hotel was right off the interstate, so it was easy to get to. We were able to find close places to eat and go to the Aquarium which was 4 mins away. I would definitely stay here again.

Our check-in was very efficient and pleasant. We arrived at 10am an offered an early check-in booking. It was great to get the room early. We were able to rest after a long airplane flight. Best Western Plus had everything you needed, complimentary delicious breakfast, free WiFi, free parking. The weather was cold so we couldn’t enjoy the pool. It has a hot tub and towels, excercise room, washer and dryer. Everything you needed away from home to make you comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay and would come back again when visiting Houston. Thank you Best Western Plus.

I had a great time it’s out the way but right where you want to be. Great food only minutes away. Breakfast every morning. Staff was very friendly and nice. My daughter and I went in the hot tub/spa daily and was there alone which I did enjoy.

The location it;s perfect to stay downtown, the service it's amazing, rooms are pretty but our room smell really bad like cheesy fet and we couldn't sleep at all because all the pillows are extremely big and tick so we woke up tired and disappointed, employees are nice and kind.

Great location to downtown. I attended an NBA game & it was a 15 minute ride to Toyota Center with all the traffic.
Room was very clean. Free parking with security. Quiet.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly. The breakfast was decent, but it could have had later weekend hours. The room was fair but not spectacular. There's security for the parking lot, which was nice. They have charging stations for EVs, which is a plus. This hotel hits all of the basics.

Stayed here one night for the Houston marathon. Close enough to walk and in a safe area. Both interactions at the front desk were great, very friendly and informative. Hot tub was great and they even had breakfast out super early for the runners which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again.
