We had a misunderstanding & miscommunication but it was made right with an apology and accountability. They are nice and understanding people. I recommend this stay. Great stay if you have children.

Bad experience the customer service was terrible the manager was very rude.
We booked this hotel cuz on line it said we were able to use the hot tub and breakfast we’ll not true hot was closed and the coffee machine was not working nothing was like they mentioned on line the room smell

Somewhere to sleep, did sleep well, no restaurants close by. Coffee in the morning was hot water and some sort of brown liquid mix….

Sheet had a burn hole in it, bathroom had visible mold growth, nice enough property for room price.

The bed sheets wasn’t clean and it oooke slime they hadn't been changed in a month there are nasty stains on the wall. It smelt bad. I extra sheets or towels. One of the workers came outside and asked if I could send some money through cash app.
