One of our vehicles was vandalized to robbed the tools of our crew.
A few more companies were affected, we were lucky the stolen van wasn't our company vehicle; but feel sorry for the other company crews.

The property was very clean and nice but, the desk attendant on duty when I checked in was not friendly at all. I had just driven 19 hours from Ohio, and he was so Unconcerned. It was a Pet friendly location so that was very helpful. Customer service sucks though, and they need additional training in that area.

They did not provide the breakfast. We had to ask for the breakfast and then one of the staff lady who is very old came and asked us to wait outside. She said hotel has “grab n go “ breakfast (although nothing was mentioned in the site). We really felt like beggar.

Walked into the room we were assigned it smelled like feces. We were offered a different room but honestly I couldnt Get the stench made me sick to my stomach I asked For a refund and booked a different hotel. Definitely do not recommend.

Nothing great very rude management that live next door in hotel n threaten to call cops or kick you out if you have any complaints as a platinum member don’t want to hear it or help.

I spent the night in room 105. I didn't check the bed like I usually do and discovere it was full of bedbugs and have bights all over my body!!!!!

The room was clean and I saw trash everywhere and dirty towels and the bed was not clean. The room was so dirty that I slept on the couch instead of the bed. The hotel didn’t clean up after the prior guest that stayed in that room before me so that’s why I’m giving a bad review.
