Prima hotel, zeker voor de prijs die je betaalt. Volgens mij en nog vrij nieuw hotel met prima faciliteiten en mooie schone kamers.
Een paar winkels en restaurants op loopafstand maar de omgeving stelt verder niet veel voor.
Wij zouden er zo weer opnieuw verblijven.

The shower was too narrow. It was hard to move your arms. Shower pressure was too low. They oversold and so I did not get the room I had booked. My son had to sleep on the sofa bed which was terribly uncomfortable.
Also, they told me I would get an additional 10% off on top of the “UPGRADE” to a king suite. I did not get it.

I stayed here with my family for two nights, and I loved it for a quick trip to Houston. I definitely recommend this hotel, as it is in a safe place and only a 20-minute drive to the main city destinations. Parking is free, and I was not worried about my car getting broken into, as I saw in reviews for other hotels in the city. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a good continental selection! Stay here if you are iffy about other hotels in the city and need a clean, friendly, safe place to stay!

Paid more for this hotel because wanted our stay to ne special. The sheets were stained and damp. We called for someone to change them. Was told they were short staffed so we got fresh sets from front desk and changed them ourselves. Some bath towels were damp also. Elevator floor was so sticky our shoe stuck to the floor. Breakfast was good. Front desk service was good. Lobby was big and comfy as was our room. Bathroom felt clean. Liked the surface of bathroom sink counter.

Staff was very Friendly. Breakfast was awesome!! Great location to get access to shopping, Pharmacy and various foods. Bathroom had all Dove products from Shampoo, Lotion& body wash which was wonderful. Beds were comfortable we slept well. Negative criticism, was shower. Soap dish was in the way, Tub spout, in shower was on the floor, not sure the purpose.

The hotel was really nice! I didn’t give it an excellent because the tv and air wasn’t working properly. The tv would work and show the picture when you first turned it on but then after about a minute the picture would go out, you could hear the sound but it was no picture. The air conditioning was loud and made it a bit hard to sleep and if you turned it up over 70 the heat would come on (it was definitely struggling to work). I did inform the front desk and as sweet as the young lady was working at the first desk was, she never called back or offered me another room. I had been without power for 5 days due to the storm and it would’ve been nice to finally watch the news and get a good night sleep. Having said all that it was a nice hotel and I would definitely go back but would be on the look out for any of these problems again.

I stayed in room 207. Starting about 730pm, the upstairs guests started making a lot of noise. After some time we realized their kids were running and jumping from one end of the room to the other. Called the front desk multiple times. Each time I was told, “ I only have a king room I can put you in”. I didn’t need another room. The guests in room 307 needed to be reminded that if they are a nuisance, Harris county law says they are to vacate the premises. The young lady at the desk, seemed very unbothered by our complaints. The running and jumping continued into 11pm. Totally unacceptable. We did not sleep most of the evening. Our drive from tx to Louisiana today was terrible due to the lack of sleep.

the air conditioner sounded like a dishwasher. The beds were just....ok. Otherwise a good overall property. Staff were wonderful, breakfast was good!
