I loved my stay the amenities worked my room where constantly cleaned on a daily basis and they had a business center which was the most important thing in my stay. The only thing they should work on is the smell on the hallway but everything is clean

酒店位置還算可以。前台接待禮貌高效，必須用房卡才能乘坐電梯和使用一樓衞生間。房間和走廊有濃重的味道，類似印度人身上的味道。床軟且有支撐，布草較新。有燙衣板和熨斗，有咖啡機但是燒水費勁，衞生間馬桶沖水強勁，洗浴噴頭固定在牆上，衞生間洗手盆下水堵不能鎖上，否則不能提上來，存水就排不了。臨近公路但不吵，免費早餐保證基本需求，沒有蔬菜，衹有水果，適合預算底的客人。

We stayed 2 nights. One room the air did not work. They said they were fixing it and they didn’t came back at 8:00 the last night room was hot! It was 10:45 before they put us in a different room. It was ridiculous situation. The reins were dirty Andy there was a roach!!! Never again

there were cocroaches running around our pillows and beds... we didnt see them until next morning. Just thinking i had them running around me while i slept makes me cringe. terrible.

The room smelt bad. There was stains on the mattresses and floors . Pillowcase had lipstick on them. The bathtub had hair all over it. There were cockroaches everywhere checked out of one room, put us in another room, cockroaches were all over the bed. Absolutely disgusting so we checked out and asked for a refund. The next day I checked my checking account and they had refunded the money for the rooms and the deposits, but then they took an additional $207 out of my account for no reason. When I called the front desk to ask why they took money out of my account and I was only there for 20 minutes. The manager told me she couldn’t see that on her side for me to send my bank statement showing where they took it out, so I emailed her copies of my bank statement where it showed they took out an additional $207 for no reason and she said she would call me back. Never heard a word. So I called my bank to dispute it, my personal opinion I wouldn’t stay at this hotel.

The staff here was great! They were helpful and super friendly. The property itself was not the greatest, but not the worst. It was outdated and our room smelled musty. It was decently clean. But definitely needed a big update.

The front desk guy was working by himself and he needed help up front. He had to open the front door for my friend and I while he was working with another customer. He had to keep picking up the phone while working with the same customer. Then the card reader wasn’t working. He was nice but he needed help. Then I get to my room and it smells like mold. There is mold on the shower head. There are stains on the sheets. I would never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

The property is conveniently located and could be a better place to stay with better security and staffing.
I paid more than what was agreed upon with ******* which is bad for business.
People who hang around the hotel premise make the customers uncomfortable which is the reason many people like me would not prefer to go back.
