DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Brookhollow

網上看是24年新酒店，實際探店其實不是這回事，應該是翻新過而已，服務一般，大堂沒有咖啡和水提供，衹有付費的，早餐也是付費但不建議，因為開車到附近歺廳吃更豐富多樣，衞生都算可以，如果想安靜一點不要選靠高速路邊的房間。還有停車每晚10刀是必須消費的，因為附近你根本沒有選擇了。

看着好像是農村風情裝修，走土豪風，房間還是挺大，我那個房間沒有冰箱，早飯略貴，不建議購買，地理位置還算可以。

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days/3nights. First night fire alarm went off at 3am because someone was smoking in a room. The next night the fire alarm went off round 2:30am reason unknown. Kids playing in the hallways and knocking on doors as well. The third night, no fire alarm but kids knocking on doors and playing. At that point I was fed up. I didn’t get any rest while at that hotel, besides the beds being hard, the noise took the cake. I complained to front desk at which she gave my room number to the other room I complained about and the people showed up to my door because I complained on them knocking on doors and playing early in the mornings. I am highly upset and disappointed with this hotel and I would not recommend anyone stay here. Legal action will be forthcoming.

The house keeping knocks on the door even with the do not disturb sign on it. The room smells like mold and the fire alarm went off three nights in a row at 4am, 3am and 9pm.

The hotel was pretty standard for a double tree by Hilton, the facilities are getting a bit tired and the rooms are a bit musty. Our room was missing the bar fridge and the ice machines didn’t work on any of the floors, but the staff were amazing. Could know fault them on their service.

Loved the property from the staff too my room . Everything about it was great !! Will definitely be back

We had a quick one night stay, room was adequate and clean. The lazy river pool looked lovely but weather was not suited for swimming. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We will choose this location again for future stays.
