Radisson Hotel Houston InterContinental Airport North

This place is terrible! We stayed there one night and the rooms were smelly, dirty and uncomfortable. There was no air condition in the hallways and the elevator can only hold 4 people and was slow. The Radisson franchise should be ashamed to include this as one of their hotels. I will not stay in another Radisson Hotel again and will look elsewhere in the future.

Don’t stay here. Horrible place, dirty, smells bad. No shuttle to airport unless you have been send by an airline. No on site restaurant only snacks for purchase. Elevator is barely functioning. Staff is rude. Stay anywhere else. Place should be condemned If I could give the place zero stars I would

The place is a dump. My wife and I got to trade a night in Guanajuato for a night at the Radisson Airport Hotel because of flight delays. Nothing about it was appealing; the shuttle, the staff, the condition of floors, walls, beds etc. Never again!

Dreadful l hotel. We were put up here by united airlines due to a cancelled flight. There were animal faeces on the carpet. The room smelled awful as we entered. The guy on the front desk simply told my husband to put the faeces in the bin. Don’t stay here

Worse place ever, had a cancelled flight late last day, the company sent us there, they said we’d have meal in the Hotel, we got there starving, My wife, two lil kids 4 and 1 Years old, crying hungry, the assistant in the lobby laughed at us, it’s ridiculous, ceiling texture in the room falling, door on the hallway falling a part. Definitely stay away from this place. Breakfast? they don’t have food at all. Terrible.

Well, what is happening in the budget motel world by airports? Basic US standards are not being met. We are 60 hours in, 2nd overnight delay, so I’m a bit jaded. Waited 40 minutes for shuttle, arrived to nice room, but toilet paper roll was totally empty….which is just odd in a cleaned room. Photos showed bar & nice menu on the wall…which is actually just decoration for some weird front, as there was zero alcohol and only old, worn menus with 4 options… salad was good, but burger was scary. Staff seemed to be void of any energy & part of some weird twilight reality…true crime show played constantly on big screen in lobby, morning & night. Awesome water pressure in shower, comfortable bed, and a balcony, so not terrible…just really, really weird and lacking in the service field. Learned that hotel voucher one receives is directly correlated to price of plane ticket, AND that we can be reimbursed up to $200 if we book our choice of hotel when delayed overnight for reasons other than weather! Will skip voucher in future, especially if I buy a basic economy ticket!

Terrible. Airline sent us here because of cancelled flights and it was terrible. Hotel shuttle never picked us up so we had to pay for Uber. No food even though the person at the front desk said it was open. Another person warned us they saw bed bugs as we walked to our room. We immediately turned around and left. Disgusting place overall. Pictures online are very misleading. And front desk worker didn’t seem to care at all about these issues

Stayed here as a result of airline delay and this was shown as a “premium” hotel. As others mentioned, there is no shuttle although it advertised one. Receptionist told us the restaurant opens at 6 pm- restaurant had a sign advertising a list of cocktails and food choices. None of the advertised items are available; only chicken nuggets are available , no other food and no beverages at all. The sheets had blood on them. It truly would be better to stay anywhere else.

Had booked a reservation with Radisson under the ParkFlySleep offering. Arrived and the CSR could not find our reservation. I showed her the email with confirmation and she just stared at her computer screen saying she couldn’t find the reservation. No help at all. I asked her if they had any rooms available to which she said, “Yes.” I asked if she could get me a room and her response was “I think you have to book online.” Thanks for NOTHING!!! I called ParkFlySleep and they verified the reservation, but still she said it wasn’t in her computer. WORST customer service I have EVER had. Stay away from Radisson my friends. I booked at the Marriott at the airport and they were FANTASTIC!!!
