Nice, clean hotel we stayed in prior to early morning flight, so weren't there long enough to form too many opinions.

The cleaners use products that are too potent and containes harsh irratation . I’m a season traveler and I’ve never experienced this. I change hotels for my third night.

Did not like that the maid opened our door at 8:30 in the morning without knocking and continued to knock even after we said we resting. Felt like it was intentional to get us out of the room.

Less than 20 minutes from the airport and free parking! Checked in within 5 minutes! I would definitely stay again!

Really nice reception staff that went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The room is lively, comfortable, clean and well equiped. Shuttle bus deiver was super helpful and pleasant. I had a lovely stay here.

There is a well equipped kitchen, including a full size fridge. Loved the lobby with the fireplace. Staff was very nice

It was easy to get to and quiet. The parking was excellent. The rooms could use a little updating but otherwise everything was excellent

We always stay here when flying out of IAH. The service is great, rooms are clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport is a plus!
