Loved the breakfast, it was very nice, good choices, something different daily. The syaff were super friendly, professional and helpful, Brandon at the front desk was amazing. I also loved the heated pool and for a first time traveler it was really nice that the airport shuttle would also take you anywhere in a 5 mile readius of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has two buildings which are separated by a parking lot. It's a bit confusing because you cannot enter the second building from the front door (it's rented as an event space)
The hotel said they'd pick us up via shuttle and then called after we waited 25 mins that they couldn't anymore and told us to take an uber.
At first they said they wouldn't reimburse me but then later did reduce the room rate a bit to compensate. However, the clerk was not friendly, the desk was left unattended for awhile and also neglected to tell me that he was not giving me a room with two beds that I was paying for. I was given a king which is not what I booked or I wanted but again, he gave me no choice.
I should have been offered further compensation/discount. Also he didn't tell me when I checked in so when I got to the room in the second building, which is far, I walked all the way back with my luggage for him to tell me "tough luck" essentially.
So not a great experience from this hotel.
The room itself was fine (very basic) but the hotel did seem a bit run down.

The staff are the best!! The dining options are excellent everything is walking distance..
I would definitely come back to this hotel!!

Jacuzzi and Pool for kids and hot breakfast were main criteria for selecting an airport area hotel, the pool is smaller than in photo and it's freezing cold, and jacuzzi does not work. The breakfast was great. Our room had not received maid service, so they upgraded us to a suite.

This property is 20mins from the airport! It is dirty, old, very outdated and the staff were terrible. I refuse to stay here and am leaving for another hotel!
