When we checked in the receptionist was very rude, detached, irritable and even confrontational. We had come a long way with an infant and just needed some answers to their cable TV since we came to view a NFL playoff game and couldn’t find it on their channels. We ended up leaving the hotel and stopping at a sports bar and asking our question. All service was average at best. Just seemed like the employees hated to be there.

Great location on the shore of Houghton Lake. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Microwave and large refrigerator included. Hot tub - warm and clean. Several machines in the 24 hour fitness center. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Sofia friendly and efficient with checkin. Provided great location information. Would stay here again.

The Hotel has been remodeled and we were pleasantly surprised how nice our room was. Staff was delightful.

Comfortable beds and temperature of room. Easily adjustable temperature. Seemed very nice. Only stayed one night because that's all we needed.

Loved this hotel! Right on the beach, clean and the staff were all so accommodating. The manager Karla was the Beat! Thank you for the wonderful stay. I will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Very clean and updated. Views of the lake were perfect, along with beach and fire pit. Would recommend.
