The staff here are pure gold – super helpful and always smiling, making us feel right at home. Our host was a total gem, sharing insider tips on exploring the area that made our trip extra special. The location? Absolutely killer! Right in the middle of those jaw-dropping karst formations, we could step out for a morning stroll or sunset hike among the peaks without breaking a sweat. It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape. Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure. In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery. "酒店位置在市郊，貴州苗葯裏面，導航容易找到，四周大山環抱，空氣很清新，大堂門口有停車場，有幾個7kW慢充充電樁，停車充電方便，房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，還算是比較安靜，床睡着挺舒服，有送的水果，茶包，苗葯貼什麼的，挺貼心，自助早餐還算可以，苗葯温泉不錯，户外池種類挺多，各種葯草功效，每天換水和熬葯包，水質不錯，還有個小童温泉遊樂池，孩子很喜歡，服務還行，人力稍顯不足，細節方面再加強一下更好，總體來説想體驗苗葯温泉的話，值得推薦一下！"

"It was an amazing experience! The hotel staff were super nice, kind and helpful. They took us everywhere when we couldn’t find a taxi. Very warm and nice. The view is also unbelievable! Room is big with nice facilities! Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic experience."

"We visited Muyun on our way to Guiyang. The resort is a pleasant surprise. Driving from the airport through the local neighborhoods, you do not foresee this setup! Excellent - you get the vibe from the moment you step outside the lobby. The facilities are well designed and are made with every detail taken into consideration. Room facilities and amenities are very high end. Value for price is excellent. Venues and garden landscape is impressive. We tried the spa which is equipped with branded oil essentials - 5/5 Breakfast was also well appointed and the venues for both Chinese and western restaurants very comfortable. 5/5 Tea room was also beautiful and we spent one afternoon there - We were lucky to avoid the holiday peak days and enjoyed excellent service by the resort’s staff."

"Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away."

"和朋友帶孩子一起來萬峯林。千挑萬選選中了騰舍。首先有大無邊泳池很出片，還有花園，青蛙池塘。生態環境特別美。酒店還有自己的廚師可以做私房菜，味道還非常不錯，特別適合孩子吃。都是現炒現切，所以最好先提前點菜。吃了3頓晚飯，都很滿意。清淡可口，而且菜都特別新鮮有菜的原汁原味。 還可以烤肉，在山水間烤肉吃特別愜意。玩完一天回酒店泡泡泳池就能直接吃飯了非常方便。 房間還不錯，有空調。有陽台可以晾衣服。 廁所捲紙不好用，太硬了，建議改進一下。 服務也很好，入住和退房時會幫忙拿行李。還有表揚前台兩位姓胡的小姐姐。"

"This place was amazing! There was a very authentic japanese style to the hotel design and experience! We had fresh fruits awaiting us at the hotel with a free yoga session in the morning. The hotel itself is a bit separated from the downtown area which allowed us to fully immerse in the environment. Breakfast was splendid and they even gave us a goodie bag on our way out!"

"The best thing about the place is the location. You can walk to the fields and easily drive anywhere you need to go in the area. The car park only fits six cars. The decor makes the rooms seem run down. Bugs can come in through the cracks of the front doors. There’s no soundproofing and heard someone talking very loudly for a long time, as if lecturing two children, when I wanted to rest. Breakfast was terrible, with some dishes not tasting good and guests having to find staff to ask for refills. No water provided at breakfast. The accommodation calls itself a resort but no welcome gift was provided and the spa wasn’t working, both of which were advertised when we booked."

"這個民宿真的無可挑剔，我們訂的房間也好，視野完美，房型比攜程上的照片更驚喜，很少有買家秀比賣家秀還好的體驗，連我爸媽平常排斥住民宿的都覺得很棒，主要有幾個方面： 1.地理位置和視野： 正對着稻田和萬峯林，無任何遮擋。第二天再房間裏就能眺望雲霧繚繞的萬峯林。 2.環境和設施：乾淨，很多小細節都看不到了，除了常規浴巾外還有一次性浴巾、洗臉巾、蒸汽眼罩、酒水飲料和小吃甜點等等，總之什麼都不缺。 民宿從入口開始就很有設計感，休息處坐着吹風真的好愜意。 3.服務：太貼心了，從搬行李到做早餐都親力親為，我説不清楚他們和酒店服務員有什麼區別，但就是很不一樣，酒店服務員是那種因為要達到標準而客氣，但民宿的 主人們就很走心了，潤物細無聲，他們不張揚，安安靜靜，卻又沒有距離感。 真的是不錯的選擇。"

"這家民宿真心是寶藏住宿地！原本訂的一樓大床，老闆直接免費升級到二樓房型，這份貼心直接拉滿好感度！服務更是沒得挑，小哥主動幫忙搬運行李，還送來新鮮水果，細節裏全是温暖。房間又乾淨又寬敞，住起來特別舒心。   地理位置更是絕絕子，視野開闊，推開窗景色超治癒。離網紅大榕樹特別近，步行幾分鐘就到，打卡超方便。最讚的是老闆還幫忙聯繫租小電驢，直接送上門，騎着小電驢逛周邊簡直不要太愜意！   從房型、服務到位置、配套，每一處都超出預期，必須五星安利！下次來還住這兒，強烈推薦給所有想來這邊遊玩的朋友"
