"The hotel was good, it provides all amenities. The location was ok but there wasn't any nice place within walking distance to eat. The staff were polite enough at check in and check out. But it was a basic check in procedure, no conversations exchanged."

"春節到的，白天特別曬，一開始的房間大落地窗朝西，開了空調發現越來越熱，結果是賓館空調冬天衹能開暖氣，可想而知有多熱多悶，想回來睡個午覺都熱得不行。和前台申請換了房間，積極協調之後雖然房間也朝西，但有個可以開的門可以通風，外面是個大的公用露台，晚上睡覺都沒關那個門才算降點温，家屬和孩子都和前台要了被套，自己換來換去蓋，儘管如此還是很影響睡眠。第一天保潔做了清潔後把窗簾完全打開了，下午三四點我們一回來，我桌上的爽膚水蒸發了三分之一，太誇張了。希望酒店重視下這個問題，空調靈活調節，實在是沒想到會在冬天被熱成這樣。酒店其他方面都沒啥可挑剔的，坐擁邛海最美風景，配套服務都很好，在這吃的年夜飯味道也很好。"
