Kamer was prima in orde voor een doorreis. Wij begrepen vooraf dat je ook eenvoudig centrum van luzern kon bezoeken met de bus. Dat bleek helaas 8euro pp te zijn terwijl het maar een paar minuten is (achteraf zouden we dat met de auto hebben gedaan)

We stayed here over Christmas on a Leger coach holiday. I have mixed views about this hotel. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is as good as any we have had on a coach holiday. The down side is the facilities. The food was basic but good, however there was no choice. It was a set menu each night. Also the bar is no longer used (as we were told). This meant that if visitors wanted a drink after dinner, they had to remain at the dining table, or use one of the two high tables and stools in the reception. While we are OK with tall tables, it wasn't to everyone's taste, and space was limited in any case. We wouldn't want to visit this hotel again.

Our stay was very pleasant, the rooms were immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and of a good quality. The staff were very friendly. Would recommend and we will definitely stay again.
