Very nice hotel with an excellent location. The breakfast could be improved with more fruits and local products. Unfortunately we were left without the room being cleaned.

Fatalny pokoj nad agregatami od klimatyzacji wyło cala noc nie można było spać.pownie zemsta ze strony hotelu za bardzo tanio zarezerwowany pokoj w serwisie Trip.com .sniadanie typowe dla 4 gwiazdek butelka wody i dwa ciasteczka gift od hotelu .

酒店位於奧爾塔碼頭，酒店門口的游輪🚢讓酒店更有一種港灣的感覺，大堂前台工作人員細心體貼，入住后送到的水果盤和礦泉水有種賓至如歸的感覺，整體對酒店的滿意度比較認同的。下次還會入住。

This is a mediocre hotel, maybe the best in Faial, but mediocre. We would have been happier for the 3 days here if we could have gotten our room cleaned and some fresh towels.

Everyone went above and beyond to always help with anything. They have a well run establishment and they all work together as a team. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Du Canal is a beautiful property. The room was spacious, well appointed and clean. We had a view of the Harbor and it was a short walk to just about everything in town. The staff was so courteous and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
